Stovetop
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil; salt to taste, if desired.
2. Add pasta and return to boil, stirring occasionally.
3. Boil 14 to 15 minutes or until desired tenderness. Remove from heat; drain.
Fill as desired. For easier handling, rinse shells with cold water before filling.
