Fine but hard to open
It is hard to open like everyone says, took me a while and I lightly tapped the edge of the lid on the edge of the counter and it worked I was able to open it, other than that it was good but I’d probably buy a different one instead of dealing with that every time.

Sunflower oil is bad, change to olive oil
Let me start by saying the text and texture of the tomatoes taste incredible. My issue with this product lies with it being in sunflower oil. Although small amounts of this omega 6 has health benefits in small amounts, most western diets have too much of these oils and causes inflammation. Sunflower oil is a cheap substitute/preservative along with canola oil and other similar oils that flood our diet and cause negative effects to our body. I would be much more inclined to continue purchasing it and giving it 5 stars if it was preserved in olive oil or avocado oil. It’s disappointing that target hasn’t taken the lead to eliminate cheap preservatives from their foods.

Leaking jar
I just unpacked my order and the oil leaked out a bit. The pop-up safety seal is opened (activated). The paper seal is still intact but not sure how long it has been opened. Will be returning it tomorrow.

Whhyyyy is this now in sunflower oil? Let’s put this in olive oil instead. Also, the tomato halves are not seeded so if you like eating tomato seeds, this could be for you. The oil is also weird tasting. Big pass on this

Changed to sumflower oil
I’m sad that target changed the oil from olive to sunflower! It’s depressing to see the flavor and quality of foods continually decreasing to -I assume- cut cost. The upside is that they still don’t contain sulfite preservatives and for that I’m grateful.

Sundried tomatoes
Bought these last minute while during a Target run and they did not disappoint. First time trying and now a go to for my pasta dishes. I must say that they were larger than I expected and I had to chop them dwn.. other than that we like the flavor and my pasta bake turned out delicious.

Thank you to the review who said to told the jar 45° and tap the cap on the counter before opening. Got it easily after the first try!! Tomatoes are fine kind of a weird after taste but it’s subtle
