Doesn’t work
Put new alkaline battery’s inside turned remote on the truck as suggested to pair them . Truck won’t turn while going backwards horn won’t work on steering wheel , nor will it work on the remote along with the key sound effect. I would like a replacement from the company , not the store . The company should take responsibility for this failure.

Cute truck-batteries were corroded
The batteries had leaked. We kept it and cleaned it out and replaced the batteries.

Don't buy this one
My son got this truck last Christmas. It worked fine the first time he turned it on. When he tried to play with it the next day, nothing. The buttons work on the truck, but the remote does not. Put new batteries in, nothing. Turn it off, take batteries out, put them back in, nothing. Contacted the company and they asked for a video. Made the video, they sent out a replacement remote. Tried it with the replacement remote, nothing. Contacted the company again, they want another video. Made another video. They say you forgot to sync the truck, make another video. Made another video. They say you have to send a complete video. Yeah....no. The company knows the remotes are or were (not sure if they "fixed" it) not working. Hopefully this saves someone from wasting their money and having a disappointed kid like we did.

Bought this for our grandson for Christmas. Did not work! Returned to the store today 12/28/24 and exchanged it. Got it home and it also does not work. The problem seems to be in the remote control. Very disappointing ! We will be making another trip to the store but not for an exchange this time.

Boutght as a Christmas gift for my grandon, horn and ignition won't turn on when you press the remote control buttons, returning to the store, after reading the reviews I don't even want a replacement, it seems to be poorly engineered.

Worked for all of 3 days
Nice truck and really big. The remote stopped working after 3 days. My son was so excited to have his first remote control truck, and then was so sad it stopped working. Waste of money, and I would NOT recommend it!

Big dump truck
My 6 year old boy loved this thing when he opened it on Christmas. It is large with lights and sounds. The doors open up, the dump bed goes up and down nice and the turning radius is better than expected. The downsides are that it takes double A's instead of a rechargable battery pack and the horn is very quiet.

Huge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Driven trucks and toys in this house so when I saw this RC dump truck, I knew it would make a great addition. This thing is huge! It is a lot bigger than I expected. The remote moves it around and even lifts up the back to dump out anything that you put into it. It's slower than I expected though, and doesn't turn extremely well. Its also pretty loud. My 7 year old son loves it however, so it's a win!

Broke the same day
Our 3 year old got this for Christmas today, absolutely loved it. It worked great until our 6yr old started playing with it and held the remote down trying to make it go one way when it couldn’t go that way cause it a clicking sound, he stopped after a couple seconds but the motor burnt out. It will no longer drive forward or backwards. Really disappointed as this seemed like a great toy and our son only got to play with it a few hours.
