This portable cart has four locking caster wheels, so you can easily roll it from the kitchen to the dining room or living room as needed. Store napkins, dishware, cutlery, bar tools, or desserts within handy reach when you have company over. So disappointing. Many of the panels didn't line up, so you couldn't screw in the screws, the drawer broke within a couple of days. The company didn't provide caps to cover the holes where the screws went into, so it looks cheap. Waste of time to put it together.

Upon unpacking, I noticed areas on the frame where the paint had been rubbed down to the wood. Then I looked at my hands and noticed my palms were covered in white paint dust. This is not anything I would keep in a kitchen with foodstuff. This shipped quickly but unfortunately I now have to drive to Target to return it. The quality is not good.
