Great service. And the chair is exactly what I wanted.
I love this chair but it was the wrong color. Lamps plus was wonderful about exchanging for chairs. I got the right color 2nd time around. And I’m so happy with my chair !

Okay for the price
This chair's seat is quite comfortable. The arms and top, where your head would touch, is just a piece of wood covered in fabric. When I'm sitting, if I put my head back, I can feel the wood against the back of my head...not very comfortable when sitting for a long period of time. Comfortable enough for occasional guests. I ordered the heirloom gray color. It's a warm gray (a brownish gray) and not a cool gray (blueish gray.)

i was a little leery about ordering a nail head trimmed chair but i shouldn't have been !!!...this is just lovely and filled out the space so well....it has been here for a while and still looks brand new....oh, it arrived in perfect condition.....very easy to put together !!...wonderful....

Compact yet comfortable
I purchased two chairs to flank each side of the family couch. Dresses up the room but not too fancy. The color is very neutral the chairs are comfortable too! Great value, very pleased.
