Hero Cosmetics Rescue Balm

I have only used this cream a handful of times (because I lost it for a few months!), but I see little results. Information about my skin: I have taken Accutane in the past to reduce chronic acne and prevent scars. I should also mention that I pick scabs, like my acne after a pimple has been popped, making it more difficult to heal. However, because of my tendency to pick and the amount of acne I have, I had high hopes for this product. It was able to soothe the sores immediately with the cool cream; however, when I woke up, I had incoming acne, and the sores there initially were in a similar, if not the same, condition.

Honestly a holy grail. Used this on a popped pimple that turned into a big broken skin patch and it healed it within a day! Reduced the redness and healed the skin. So happy I picked this up!

I love to use this stuff to help with my blemishes. Even wearing at home, it helps to disguise while treating. It helps your blemish fully heal.

I’ve used this rescue balm on several different occasions. Each time I apply as directed and wake up the following morning with the popped pimples feeling bigger, almost reborn, with new pimples around the area. I’m glad it works for others but my skin does not love it.

I love this for a popped pimple!!!!!! Of course it will not get rid of it the next day but it reduces ALOT of redness and puffiness! I use this after cleansing and I don’t moisturize on the infected area & only apply this cream!!!

Broke me out so bad and left my skin flaky and irritated.

Although a but thick, I use this on my rosacea as a night moisturizer. The rosacea is concentrated on my cheek areas, so this helps tame the redness in the morning. Love it!

I was skeptical at first cause I didn’t think it would make a huge difference but it does! I even have a mini in my purse. It helps with redness and cuts the healing time for any of my blemishes in half (at least).

This is actually an amazing product but what I received was close to expiration. Have used in the past to heal dry patches or scars and it works fairly well.

Unfortunately, all this product did was form a weird clearish, hardish, dry film over my healing blemish which completely blocked it from moisture while washing and moisturizing and made it stick out like a sore thumb with makeup on. I really wanted this cream to work so I stuck it out for 5 days but all this ended up doing was prolonging my skin from actually healing.

This stuff has been a godsend! Hero Rescue Balm is the only thing that has actually begun to heal my severely dry/peeling nose from lots of allergies and crying (I must be an aggressive nose-blower lol). I tried about half a dozen products before this one. In one night it improved the flaky patches and it soothed my skin immediately after applying. It is on the thicker side and a bit oily so I will have to take a break from it occasionally but this dryness has been a recurring issue for me so I just purchased the 15ml tube after finishing the 5ml. It's that good. Due to the zinc content, it can leave a slight white cast if not fully rubbed in or if you use too much. A little goes a longgg way! I had to leave this review because I am so excited I found something that actually works! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has any irritated, dry/peeling areas, not just post-pimple blemishes.

Haven’t had any issues with this rescue balm. Seems to really help out when I need a treatment.

Absolutely loved this! My skin is very sensitive so I’m very selective about trying new products. I put this on after my whiteheads drain, and it really speeds along the healing process. It feels really nice and hydrating, while also making the blemish blend in a little.

I have only been using it for awhile but it’s been working well.
