Came broken. And awful design

I bought this as a minor emergency when I was on a vacation, and I would not stop breaking out. I had recently gotten of stronger ingredients in my skincare but needed a spot treatment. This was perfect. A lot of people are complaining about the pen itself but it's actually great once you push through that first use super forcefully. I love the pen, and once i got the initial push through I haven't had any issues at all and it's easy to control how much you want to come out. My only complaint is that it is as touch expensive for how much you get in it.

So far so good. I was worried about the applicator after reading the reviews but I figured it out. If anyone is wondering you just squeeze the white part after you take the cap off and the product comes out the top lol. It has worked well on my acne so far!

By far my favorite spot treatment and I've repurchased countless times. My only issue with it is sometimes the applicator doesn't work. I've found a trick for this issue though with a skinny narrow object. You insert it in one the holes at the bottom and it starts to get the product to come out! Besides that issue it works great and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

The product seems to work pretty well, but my 12-year-old has a difficult time applying it evenly across his problem areas. And, there’s only 1/3 of an ounce in the pen. The pen doesn’t last very long, and at $20 a pen it feels pricey. Plus it feels needlessly wasteful to throw away this amount of plastic for such a small amount of product.

I purchased this two weeks ago, and it’s been amazing! From day one to now, it’s helped clear up my acne significantly, and I’m really impressed with the results. I just ordered another bottle! The only downside is that it might seem a bit pricey for some people, but the results make it worth it for me.

OMG, I love this product! I first used it on a forming pimple and it was gone in a couple of days as if it was never there. No redness, no dark spot. Then, I used it on a couple of others and some even disappeared overnight. Wow! I’m really impressed. I also had 0 issue with getting the product out. I would 1000% recommend. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Would have loved to try the product cause I like many other from this brand and after 30mins of trying to just “prime” the product still no product to try… step it up hero.. if you want user to give your product a chance. Start by giving them a chance to use your product without having to wrestle a pig to “try” and get product.. big disappointment. Dont waste your $20 dollars

I love this sunscreen! It is my go to to use throughout the year as it is so lightweight and has a green tint to help with redness. In the summer I usually opt for something a little more heavy but this is perfect for under my makeup for everyday.

Packaging is terrible. My thumb hurts trying to get the gel to even come out. I’ve given up.

I personally really like the design of the pen. The dispenser is cool and aesthetically pleasing. But I have not to rid a difference in my skin since I started using this salicylic acid, if anything I have broken out more than I used to the cerave brand. I also think that you do not get very much product for the price, it’s lasted me maybe 6 weeks with once/day use.

This is the best treatment for breakouts I’ve found and I’ve tried a LOT. It helps with small surface breakouts and deep ones too. I’m fair skinned but can use it twice a day without my skin getting dry and flaky.

I used this product for a few weeks and noticed minimal a difference however, I wouldn’t say it’s the best out there.

Did not really work for me. The pimple patches do way more!

My daughter has had stubborn acne for years on her forehead. She tried everything. She did one application of the gel pen and it was better by the morning! This stuff is amazing!!

I’m writing a review about the stupid design of this product, I have not used it yet literally just bought today, but from my previous experiences with any 2% salicylic acid product. It is very good since 2% salicylic acid is the highest concentration you can get over-the-counter the counter. let’s get into the design, this company needs to be reading their reviews of this product, they should make a twist up pen, or a pen with a clicker button on the end not this rubber suction relating button. If you bought this pen and cannot get it to pump out gel. This is what you need to do, take an earring and poke the two holes at the bottom of the pen and you will hear a pop, then press the button only a couple times, and you will hear and feel the suction. as well as start to see the product coming up to the tip of the pen. I’m sure this product works since it is the highest concentration of salicylic acid you can receive over the counter, I didn’t read anything about whether or not it had soothing hydrating ingredients, so I would definitely recommend using a very hydrating moisturizer or spot treatment along with this just so the salicylic acid doesn’t dry out your skin. If this pen is too strong for your skin, and it’s irritating, or overly stripping for you, specifically, that doesn’t mean salicylic acid will not work for you, I would just look for a salicylic acid product with a lower concentration, salicylic acid is going to be your go to acne fighting product. But seriously hero, you need to change this design it’s absolutely horrible. The tapping and pressing is not working and it’s very frustrating.
