    Old formula was way better

    I’ve been using this for everyday for years and loved it, it was perfect alone but this new formula is awful!!I feel it has no coverage and is very shiny and sticky could you please bring back the old one, why change a good thing

    I absolutely LOVED this product at one point, ot was my foundation its all i would wear with some mascara and a little blush. I bought it regularly for a couple years.     New formula is disappointing

    This was my holy grail product for over 3 years - it was one of the only products I consistently re-purchased after running out. The new formula completely changed how the products looks, feels, and works and is just overall disappointing. It’s sticky, too thick, and the coverage is almost non-existent. I have tried to find an alternative from another brand, but it’s impossible to find anything that holds a candle to the original. I’m really hoping it’s been waitlisted for so long because they’re going back.

    Greasy Garbage

    I have bought many tubes of this product and noticed the formula has changed. The new formula is absolute garbage. It is greasy, grainy, and doesn’t cover anything. Don’t waste your money unless they change the formula back to the original. Highly disappointed.

    Formula changed

    The balm is not the same formula as it was originally. It used to be great, and now it looks completely different and is ineffective at decreasing the appearance of redness. Really disappointed because it was amazing before the formula changed. My picture shows old product on the left and new product on the right.

    The old formula was thick enough that you’d only need one tiny pea-sized amount to cover your whole face, and it would completely cancel redness and leave you dewy and natural looking. New formula is watery and barely covers redness…be ready to reapply 10+ times per day. Super disappointing. I’m sure the new is way cheaper to produce so I’m not holding my breath for the old formula to come back but I do NOT recommend the new formula.

    To the rescue!

    This stuff is incredible. I have rosy cheeks and sensitive skin and this rescue balm with red correct makes my skin look even and soft. I even use it as a skin tint occasionally for a more natural look!

    I used to use this product religiously, I barely needed makeup because this covered my redness and was super lightweight and blended seamlessly into my skin. I’m very disappointed with the new formula. It is sticky, very hard to blend, dosent help at all with redness, is more orange, and overall does not do what it did before. I’m begging for the old formula back it was perfect. I will not be purchasing again.

    I am so sad! The old formula was my HOLY GRAIL! I get hormonal acne and have a bad picking problem (don't judge me) and the original green cream was my go to!!!! Even times i had some of my worst flare ups, I would use the green cream as spot corrector and would let it sit before I started to blend it out to make the coverage to be more full. . . and it would work PERFECTLY!!! i wouldn't even wear any other makeup on top except for powder. I'm also pretty pale and so this new formula is way too dark on me when you blend it out. It's weird it's like transparent yet also orange/ brown and it's super watery now I hate it and now I don't know what to do without the original. PLEASE LISTEN to your buyers and go back to the exact ORIGINAL FORMULA!!! why fix something that ain't even broken?

    Terrible!! Looks orange, doesn't cover anything.

    This stuff does not cover any redness and makes my skin noticeably orange. It would be better to use the non-tinted version if at all. I do not recommend.

    New Formula is AWFUL

    The new formula has considerably less red coverage, and has a greasy, slipperly finish that dries cakey and pills BADLY under makeup, and includes pore clogging ingredients that make it unusable for it's target audience. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! Please bring back the old formula!

    New formula SUCKS

    They changed the formula, and it is terrible. It’s yellow and covers zero redness. It also feels like I put menthol on my face. No clue why they felt the need to change something that was perfectly fine to begin with. Now I have to find something else to use.

    Please bring back the original formula

    This has been my go to for redness. When I ran out I grabbed a new tube and noticed the formula is not even close to the same. Zero coverage, grainy looking and greasy. I have been using the new one for about two months and it has caused me to breakout when I normally do not breakout. My skin was healthy before and this new formula has caused so many issues with my skin which is beyond upsetting.
