However, some guests still appreciate its moisturizing properties and light coverage, making it a staple in their skincare routine. The product is praised for its ability to blend well into the skin and provide a natural finish, although many long for the return of the original formula that worked better for them.

Green Cream Magic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been loving Rescue Balm + Red Correct! The light green cream does a great job neutralizing redness and helping red spots appear less noticeable. The formula is incredibly creamy and moisturizing, making it perfect for dry skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft, hydrated, and replenished without feeling heavy. I also found that it works beautifully as a primer before applying makeup. It creates a smooth, hydrated base and helps my complexion look more even before foundation. If you struggle with redness and dryness, this is definitely worth trying! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Eh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product purports to cover redness but after applying redness was still visible. The texture is nice and may make a great makeup primer, but for redness not so much. The green changing to a neutral color seems like a gimmick. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this to me.

Rescue Balm Plus Red Correct Works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product, Rescue Balm +Red Correct, as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was so excited to try it. I have redness around the sides of my nose as well as area on my chin where I have previously had blemishes. This product goes on smoothly and does actually help cover up redness. I applied this prior to applying my makeup but after applying lotion which worked well. I would buy again!

Nice Base!!
I like the Rescue Balm +Red Correct. It is best for spot coverage and blends well. It is sheer, so an additional product is definitely needed for full coverage. The color changes from green to a tint that works perfectly with my tan/deep skin tone. I like that, it helps to lighten the appearance of acne scars. It's an okay replacement for concealer, especially on light makeup days. I received this product for free for my review. All opinions are my own. #ad

I tried the Rescue Balm and Red Correct
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was pretty skeptical, I’ve never found anything that worked for my skin. Well let me tell you- IT WORKS! It looked lighter than my skin, and the instructions say to blend it for color correction action. I did not believe it would blend in, but it did!!! My red spots and discolorations weren’t red or discolored anymore! It didn’t feel greasy on my face, and it wasn’t flaky. I gave this product 4 stars because I wanted it to stay longer. However I didn’t put makeup over it, so I believe that would’ve helped the product stay. But overall, I definitely recommend the Rescue Balm + Red Correct.

Makes my skin look amazing
I’ve used Hero Rescue Balm + Red Correct Drops for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. The updated formula gives noticeably more coverage while still looking natural on my skin. It does a great job neutralizing redness around my cheeks and nose, and I love that I can wear it alone on lighter makeup days. One of my favorite improvements is the more matte finish. It helps keep shine under control throughout the day without looking dry or cakey, which is a huge plus for my combination skin. The product blends easily and feels lightweight, making it comfortable for all-day wear. I was also excited to see the new lower price point and the updated packaging. It makes an already great product feel like an even better value. Between the improved coverage, smoother matte finish, and more affordable price, this has become a staple in my daily routine. Definitely a 5-star product that I’ll continue repurchasing! Free product received in exchange for my review. All opinions are from my own experience with this product.

Red Correct
This cream reduces the redness on my skin from my rosacea. It blends really well. I’ve also used it to cover dark acne spots on my face too.

Your skin but better
I received this product for my honest review I am absolutely thrilled with the Hero Cosmetics Rescue Balm + Red Correct; it has completely replaced heavy foundations on my lazy skin days. The genius formula starts as a subtle, lightweight green cream that shifts into a seamless, sheer beige the second you blend it out, instantly neutralizing intense redness and blurring post acne dark spots. Packed with soothing panthenol and antioxidants, it treats my compromised skin barrier while giving me an effortless, your skin but better semi matte finish that never feels greasy, heavy, or cakey. It is the perfect, ultra-gentle morning routine staple for calming irritation and achieving a beautifully balanced complexion in seconds!

Interesting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really does what it says! I have some redness around my nose and tend to have to deal with mild hormonal acne that leaves red marks that take forever to heal. This stuff covers the redness and leaves a matte finish behind, making my skin look fresh and natural. A little goes a long way too, so don't let the small sized tube scare you off. #ad

lovely product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this cream isnt makeup it is skincare. this lotion helps reduce the redness i see on my face becuase of my rosacea. Since i have sensitive skin, specialty creams can irritate me. This lightweight cream is so lovely that i use it all over then do some light makeup and i feel like i can go out and look beautiful. Highly recommend if you were looking for a redness combative lotion. i received this from stellar testing panel.

New formula is terrible
According to the ingredient list, a ton of beneficial ingredients have been removed, and the entire feel of the product has completely changed. I absolutely loved the old formula. The new one is thick and pasty, doesn’t rub in, and looks terrible on the skin. It’s a scam to sell this as the same product.

Great redness coverage but covers freckles too
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had acne growing up but now in my late 30s I have been getting occasional breakouts that seem to last for weeks. I have tried a few different concealers but they didn’t work to cover the redness. I really like the redness reduction with this rescue balm + redness correct. However I have very freckled skin and because of that I don’t typically wear a foundation, this covers the redness really well but also blurs my freckles so I have a hard time blending for a natural look around it. I am hoping with more practice I will be able to utilize it better in my routine. Thank you to Stellar Panel for sending me this to try in exchange for my review.

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the Rescue Balm + red correct cream! The green color correcting in it works really well. It is cool how the cream goes on green but as you rub it in it turns into a neutral tone with no leftover green hue! My only complaint is that having more mature skin it set slightly in my fine lines. Overall it’s a great addition to mask those pesky breakouts! Impressive addition to my daily skincare routine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this skincare product to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have always struggled with redness from healing acne spots, and this product has really impressed me! I have been using once daily and the green to beige color correction has been effective and an encouraging addition to my skincare routine. I wear under makeup or as is and it has helped improve the look of my healing blemishes. I have very sensitive skin but this product is non irritating and leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Plus, I only need to use a small amount at once, so this should last awhile! Overall, I am excited to continue to use this product and I will definitely be recommending to my friends!

Starts Green blends away Redness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a 30 year old who’s been struggling with acne, acne scars, discoloration, and more I’m super excited to have received and try out the Hero. Rescue Balm Color Correcting Green Cream as part of the Stellar Testing Panel. I really like this, and it feels really great on my skin. It starts green and as it blends it turns beige/skin tone to correct any redness and even out skin tone. It’s super lightweight to wear, blends very nicely, and gives a nice tinted coverage for a more finished look on those no make up days. It also has a slight tacky finish which makes it buildable for full glam days too. Definitely a must grab product for me!

Great redness reducer but minimal coverage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've used this brand before and was really interested in seeing if the redness reducer could be a good step in my summer makeup routine. When it gets hot, I really hate wearing my regular foundation and prefer to use minimal products. However, I still get a few blemishes and hate the way that concealer can make them look based on my undertone. I used this product for a few weeks under makeup and on its own. I like how it almost immediately reduced the bright red color of my blemishes but the redness did not fully go away. It turned a bit darker and I still had to spot conceal. The texture was good, it was thick and blended really easily into my skin so it would work on its own but when I went back over it with a concealer and brush, it tended to fade really fast. My skin is on the dry side with a few fine lines and I felt like it worked well with my skin but I could not figure out the best way to apply the product. If I used my fingers, I had to make sure to pat it quickly but not pat it too much because I felt like I was removing product. However, once I figured out the best way to apply, I felt like it stayed on well all day and did not dry out my skin. Overall, I wish there was a bit more coverage but it still worked well into my summer makeup routine.

Redness Reduction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this skincare product to test through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. With this product, I definitely noticed a reduction of redness, but had some trouble blending it smoothly due to the thickness. As an individual with sensitive skin, but product did not seem to irritate my skin or clog my pores, which was a big bonus. After having children my skin totally changed. I’ve been diagnosed by my dermatologist with rosacea and have been having an ongoing battle against redness. The Rescue Balm + Red Correct did its job to reduce the redness of my skin, but tended to get caked up in the drier patches. However, it did not seem to lay heavy in age lines, which was a positive for us ladies with more mature skin. Overall, I would recommend this product and purchase it in the future for use in covering up redness I experience due to rosacea and hormonal flare-ups.

Great coverage without feeling heavy
I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. I've been using the updated Rescue Balm + Red Correct on post-breakout redness and was pleasantly surprised by how well it blended into my skin. The formula feels lightweight but provides better coverage than I expected, helping to reduce the appearance of redness without looking heavy or cakey. I also like that the finish is more matte, which helps it wear nicely throughout the day. A little goes a long way, and it works well under makeup or on its own for a more natural look. The new lower price point is an added bonus. Overall, it's a great option for anyone looking to calm and conceal post-blemish redness.
