Didn't notice much
I had high hopes, but this did little to reduce redness. It does make my skin feel amazing. However, the packaging is really frustrating. You can't tell how much there is left in the bottle, and you go through it really fast. For the money, I wish there were at least two ounces in there.

Honestly amazed by this, it does what it says. I have rosacea and it’s helped so much already after using for a week. Will definitely purchase it again. I have used the Gleanser as well and it’s great! I plan try to try the moisturizer next.

Please make silicones-free version
I wish this was made without silicones (the second ingredient). They are a common irritant for some people with sensitive/rosacea skin and I’m one of them. This product was worth trying (always gaslighting myself into thinking it’s not the silicones!), but within a couple hours I was feeling heat/redness increasing and the itchy feeling like there are tiny hairs that can’t be brushed away. I had some small papules and diffuse redness on my cheeks the next day. I’m going to try the Prequel sunscreen which says no silicones (though the product page also mentions that they swap ingredients at will)

Great skincare line for Rosecea
This is a great skincare line and you don’t have to go all out to get great results. I’m 57 with Rosecea and I use this, the cleanser and the am/pm moisturizer. They work great and the price is great too.

So soothing and calming
Not sure how many bottles of this I have gone through, but I will continue to repurchase. This serum is hydrating, soothing, and definitely reduces the redness on my face, even if it is only slightly and temporarily. My only con I can think of is the pump does not get all the product out. I have to tip the bottle over and take the pump off to get out the last drops (often over a week of product) but I am happy to do that to get all the goodness out!

I bought this I little bit ago and I am very happy with it I got it in the summer and I’m a competitive swimmer and enjoyed it a lot because for some reason my face gets really red sometimes and it’s not acne. I also have kp on my face and it gets itchy sometimes and it soothed that I am overall very happy I love prequel and the only reason I’m not giving it five stars is I wish the bottle was bigger

Relief when you need it
This product is awesome! I’ve bought this multiple times for me and once for my niece who is starting her skincare journey and has sensitive skin. Anytime my skin feels irritated, I reach for this product. It soothes, moisturizes, helps with redness and just feels great overall. This was one of the first products I tried when I was diagnosed with rosacea that actually helped my skin and it’s been a game changer for my skin. Thank you Dr. Sam !

Redness Relieved
I'm on my second bottle, a bit faster than I'd like to be in part due to the packaging style - the only reason I knocked a star off. There was definitely still product left, but not accessible in my first bottle. By the time I got to the bottom of it, my Rudolph nose was way less red. Definitely an appreciated improvement. I went on to bottle 2 and have decided to only use it pn my cheeks and nose where the redness really strikes me. So far, it has improved in those areas and I'm going to stick with this routine.

Even skin for the first time in my life
I struggle with sensitive and easily reddened/ irritated skin, and probably have rosacea, though I have not been diagnosed through a dermatologist. This stuff is life changing. I put it on religiously every day AM and PM and my skin has evened out so much in tone in just a week or so. Definitely will repurchase again, and I’m curious to see what my skin will look like after going through a whole bottle!

I have sensitive skin that gets dry and itchy.....often. I'm even sensitive to Hylauronic Acid. I've found a mild retinoid for sensitive skin I can tolerate twice a week, but I have to add this to my moisturizer the next morning to calm my skin down. I used aveeno previously, but for me this works noticeably better. I'm almost out, and I will repurchase.

LOVE - Just wish the container was larger!
I LOVE this product. It has been a game changer in my skincare routine and has given me control back with my acne. I also have Celiac Disease and it seems to calm down my check and jaw areas. My only wish is that it was in a bigger container like a 5 oz so I could do 2-3 squirts each application and not have to run to the store to get more next week. This is my holy grail item.
