    If your hair is thirsty, frizzy dry, and missing that shine do you wanna try the shampoo. The shampoo left my hair smelling amazing. The ladder was fantastic and it washed out very smoothly. I love this new shampoo.

    So disappointed, so annoyed!

    I sooo wanted this product to work and felt extremely hopeful prior to purchasing after reading all the positive reviews. I purchased the shampoo, conditioner, AND mousse. The mousse worked as intended, but the shampoo and conditioner were complete FLOPS, not to mention the pump for the condition never worked! These products worked against me: my hair became more dry as I continued to use, the shampoo never lathered enough, and the conditioner never fully absorbed into my hair. I used up each product, thinking my hair would see positive results in the last second, but no. I switched to a cheaper brand and my hair is already starting to recover. So disappointed, so annoyed. Only position: the scent is pleasant... which lasts maybe an hour post-shower. Ugh!

    Not for everyone

    It feels smooth when you put it in your hair to wash it but once you rinse it off, my hair had a different texture that I did not like. My hair doesn't stay feeling smooth afterwards but I am unsure which ingredient causes it in their product. It does smell good and is priced a little higher but it definitely isn't for all hair types.

    Lightweight but not hydrating

    I have wavy/curly hair and tried this thinking it might be a more lightweight option to not weigh down my curls. It was very light and didn’t hydrate very leaving my hair dry, but it did look pretty okay.

    Very drying to the scalp, has toxic ingredients that will do this to sensitive scalps

    Horrible product, this company is terrible about putting toxic chemicals especially preservatives in their products. Not for sensitive scalp or skin.
