Kent Men's Ridgeway Sport 700c/28" Hybrid Bike - Gray

Bike was delivered in box partially assembled wrong. Front fork facing forward said rear. After noticing that and having brake problems took it to Dicks Sporting goods for them to break down and reassemble. They've had for five days now. Front wheel warped and they can't get brakes to work properly.

The instructions provided were insufficient for someone not familiar with bike part terminology. Specifically, the instructions for handle bar and brake assembly are not clear so I'm currently looking for alternate instructions for assembly. I would not recommend purchasing this item online. Someone is better off going into a store to purchase an already assembled bike.

Don't bother writing reviews of Kent. They will not publish a negative review. Even when it is justified.

The box it was shipped and was completely falling apart. I tried to put it together anyway. Both wheels were warped. The gears don’t work properly. I took it into target and they tried to adjust it, but they couldn’t fix the wheels and they fix the gears mostly. I ended up not buying the bike. I can’t see if though bike was damaged from shipping or at manufacturing, but the box was completely flimsy, and it was very poorly packed. Probably spent five hours of time. Oh, and the directions were terrible had to look up on YouTube how to assemble the brakes because they weren’t lined up properly either. The cables needed to be adjusted.

Kent has a good product here and a few upgrades would make it better yet like brand name tires and no slip pedals. I opted to go that way and now the bike is even better.

I like this sport/hybrid type bike. I've been a big fan of hybrids in the past, i think they overall are the best kind of bikes and the sport edition with this one is suburb

I hate over the top designs on a bike I don't need any of that. I really like how subtle and masculine this bike is.

Love this bike. It rides like a dream truly. The design of the bike is simple and strong. The seat is very comfortable. I've had no issues.
