A: Immediately after each use, fill the pan with hot water and liquid dish detergent; let stand until lukewarm. Use a sponge or soft cloth to remove any remaining food particles. Do not use steel wool or other coarse metal pads that can make scratches. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately for a flawless finish. Cuisinart® Stainless Cookware features oven-safe handles that can withstand oven temperatures up to 500°F. Glass lids are oven safe to 350°F only. Caution should be used when handling any cookware handles and we recommend the use of potholders

This pan is wonderful for roasting. It’s not very high so it can go on the bottom of the oven without removing a rack. Leaves plenty of room to cook sides. Just love it!

The sturdiness was the first thing I noticed, and very much appreciated while I was moving the turkey in and out of the oven. The included rack was so great for removing the turkey to rest and then I used the pan on the stovetop to make gravy with the drippings. It worked so well! Love love love it!

After being envious of my mother’s & realizing I might not inherit it for many years to come, I finally broke down and bought my own Cuisinart roasting pan. Thanksgiving turkey was the inaugural use and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the result. A 14 # turkey fit easily on the rack and it allowed access to the juices for basting. Cleanup was a breeze compared to my old oval speckled black roasting pan and it’s many grooves!

I appreciate, and use(!), fine cookware, that's why I chose this Cuisinart tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan. Importantly, it fits in my traditional home oven. Roasts of all sizes, poultry too. And I can finish sauces, gravies, etc. on the stovetop. And, it's attractive enough that I can "serve" from it as well. NO non-stick for me! This is easy enough to clean.
