Not a 12" gazing ball as stated in the add
I love the colors but the add said the gazing ball was 12”. The box says 10” because they are not counting the stem part. I have a planter that would need a 12” ball on top, so I am not sure I can keep it. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a gazing globe for my yard. I am totally in to, as my wife says, monstrosities to decorate our home with. So the day I was at work picking out the color globe. I asked my coworker (female) what color she thought my wife would like. She helped me pick it out what she thought my wife would like. It came in the mail and I surprised my wife by placing it in our garden. My prize décor lasted about a week before my wife said no more. She re-gifted to my mother. My mother took it to her winter home. She loves it. Funny thing. My coworker agreed with my wife that mosaic globes are hideous. My coworker went to visit her mother who lives in another state and owns a nursery. She sent me pics while visiting her mom. The pics were of all the globe decorations she was selling at her nursery. Now she wants a a globe for her garden here in Tennessee. I am not usually one who sets trends or for that matter, in the know to what the kool kids are doing. But I think I was on point with the globe. I just may of not placed pretty in the garden for my wife to like.

I purchased a tall stand and placed it my flower garden. It sparkles during sunny days and still is very eye catching on cloudy days! I have received so many compliments on this beauty! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new gazing globe. It adds a beautiful touch to my butterfly garden. The colors and Mosaic Scroll pattern look perfect next to my blue/green ornamental grasses in my garden. The glass pieces are reflective. The globe has a nice weight which help keep it in position as I placed the globe on the ground instead of in a stand. I plan to bring inside during winter months to prevent from cracking.

I purchased the Alpine Corporation 12" Roman Column Globe Display Stand to set it in which was a perfect fit. Well made and without any defects, I sprayed it with a matte sealer to protect against color loss. I placed this next to my Koi pond and have received many compliments. This globe would look great in a variety of settings, not just outdoors either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This glass garden globe is absolutely stunning! It would make any flower garden look amazing or is beautiful all by its lonesome too! It doesn’t come with a holder, so you would need one of those unless you are comfortable digging a little spot in your garden bed for it (which is what I did). This is a really nice quality piece and looks absolutely gorgeous when the sun is shining down on it.

I put a string of battery powered fairy lights inside and it shined so nicely during my last cookout. The rubber seal on the bottom keeps moisture out so even after a day of rain the lights inside still worked.

It is so pretty When the sun is out it shines little beams of light all over my yard i was wondering what it was seeing all the little light. spots it was the globe. I have had 3 people stop and ask where i got it its very appealing to see this in your yard. The colors are just fantastic when the sun hits it you would think it had lasers inside of it, It is made very well he glass is thick and well balanced, I will be getting a few more as i think some of my neighbors will also they seem to admire it Its made well its well worth the price and makes a great conversation , When you look at it certain ways you see the designs that are in it. You can mount it a few different ways so you have choices, i have seen yard globes before but nothing as beautiful as these Alpine gazing globes its 10 inches in diameter but actually looks bigger. I would most certainly recommend this especially for people that have flower gardens Place this in the center and get a whole new beautiful look.

It has beautiful colors and design. The way the sun shines off of this gazing globe is amazing. It seems to attract more birds to the bird bath I have nearby also. It also feels very well made so that I can enjoy for a long time.

The colors of the glass are wonderful and very smooth (i.e. I have not found any sharp edges); the different hues compliment my flowers perfectly! The globe is fairly light but seems to be made pretty well - I had it shipped to my house, and the packaging kept it well protected and it arrived completely in tact. I am really considering getting another one or two like this :)

I like this one alot better than the solid color ones I've always seen. It was even a little bigger than I thought but thats because apparent I suck at measurements. I was a little surprised it didn't xome with a pole to mount it on but that was an easy fix
