Beautifully weaved natural rug. It looks better in person than on the site! I have gone through 3 different rugs to finally be happy with the way this one just pulls my living room together. It’s also not rough under your bare feet and does not catch on sock as you walk on it! Highly recommend!

I like the concept of this rug; its chunky threads and fabric create an intriguing texture; however, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed with its quality. The loose threads coming out from everywhere not only detract from the overall aesthetic but also raise concerns about the rug's durability. As much as I like the design, I worry it won't last very long under regular use.

We are sorry to hear about these issues. This is not the experience we want for our customers. Jute is a natural fiber made from jute grass. The fibers come from the plant's stalk, not its leaves. Jute rugs, like most natural fiber rugs, do shed little fibers that fall out under the rug, which look like dirt when you lift the rug to clean it. The rug is beautiful and feels softer underfoot than I expected. It's very thick and not that tightly woven, so I'm afraid that my desk chair will ruin it eventually (I got it for my home office). The chair also does not roll over it very well-- I expected it to be flatter. It has an earthy smell, which doesn't really bother me but is strong.

Beautiful rug. Perfect subdued tan/beige tones. I would give it 5 stars except at the ends of the jute strands, after only a couple weeks it’s sticking up out of the rug and frayed. A quick stitch to see it down will fix problem but of course would prefer that had been done already
