It almost feels like having dessert for breakfast and as someone who enjoys dark chocolate, it really satisfies that craving without being overly sweet. The portion size is smaller than I’m used to but the protein leaves you satisfied without feeling heavy or sluggish.

A quick easy on the go breakfast that tastes great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dark chocolate overnight oats from mush because they are transportable to have on the run and even cleared TSA security for me. If possible I like adding mixing like fresh fruit and nuts to amplify the experience but by itself it’s a total win and way better than any overnight oats I could make on my own. I think the serving size is perfect and the taste is delicious.

They do have a good taste to them. I also was pleasantly surprised to see they were gluten-free. The cup is cute. I think these would be good for times when you cannot make your own overnight oats.

The chocolate is not too sweet but also not bitter, the flavor is pretty good too. It's called mush but the texture is like that of any overnight oats, smooth and easy to eat!
