This topper made my firm mattress more comfortable. It didn't make it cooler, but it did help with my shoulder and back pain. I would recommend it to others.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this mattress topper. I was a little worried because when I took it out of the box, it was thinner than I expected. But given the chance to air out overnight, the topper expanded as it was supposed to and filled the liner nicely. The liner is also very breathable and has ridges/bumps on once side to keep it in place on your mattress.

no more lumps
This is a nice topper! When I opened it I thought, "This will never flatten out." But it did! Lay it flat and by tomorrow it will be all straightened. The cover zips off and can be washed. The cover also makes it that The sheets go on easier. I got it to cover a mattress with buttons that are annoying. It works. When I lay on the mattress I no longer feel the lumps.
