I purchased this chair thinking I could replace my husband’s roller desk chair for safety reasons. It was easily assembled, was very comfortable; however, the dimensions didn’t fit his desk height. Also when he leaned forward, the chair also tipped.

We have deep pile carpet in our house, and no floor protector/roller wheel combo would cooperate with this setup. I found these chairs online, and bought one to try it out. It is a great solution to that problem. Once we realized how good the first one was, we bought two more. They are well packaged. Of the three we bought, however, one of the boxes had clearly been through some abuse in transit. There was a hole punctured into the box, the package within that holds the screws/allen wrench was torn open (some had fallen out), and there were a few scratches on the chair legs as a result. It wasn't bad enough to send a complaint, though. No screws went missing, somehow. The arms are low, like others have said. They aren't something you can really rest your arms on, but it's good to have them regardless. They are comfortable. This is the only place where we could find something as nice as this chair for the price. They do seem really sturdy, too.
