Most of us learned the body handles full fat organic dairy best. Full fat dairy reduces Insulin Resistance. This is our favorite as is does not have Carageenan. Yet finding it is difficult and sometimes impossible. PLEASE KEEP IT IN STOCK TARGET

Obsessed with this cottage cheese !
We all are obsessed with this cottage cheese. Our Little guys 2 and ! yr old love it they can eat it with every meal if we let them. Mind you they are the most finiky eaters so to have them love this is great! It's a bit pricey but we feel it's worth it.

This is so gross, the texture is mushy and the taste is so sour! My 1 year old and I LOVE good culture cottage cheese and usually get the 4% and it’s delicious. Only one we eat and I thought this would be similar.

Love the taste and texture, I find the full fat (4%) doesn’t leave a a sour aftertaste as does the lower fat versions, hope they keep in-stock, added bonus it’s organic too!

Texture not consistent
The texture varies way too much. Half of the time it’s almost whipped like and spongey and the other half it’s curdled and moist like it should be. Idk what’s going on but super frustrating. This is my favorite for taste and ingredients but I have had to return 1/2 of the time for the texture inconsistency.

Did the texture change recently? :(
I liked the whole milk one because it was thick and not watery. Now they changed the color of the carton to blue, and it's watery. I don't like the change. I hope this is just an off one, and not permanent.
