Not as advertised
The system will not allow me to upload the photos I wanted to share. Be advised, the back seat of this chair measures only 14" wide, that's ridiculous! And it's the only dimension missing, obviously on purpose. The cream color is not as shown, it is more like a khaki color, pretty dark cream. I knew it would be off a little but not this much. And I only inspected two pieces but there are odd bumps sticking out from the side of the chair back that are not suppose to be there. I see poor quality and will be returning. such a hassle!

Beautiful chairs, extremely frustrating to assemble!
I am an expert at assembly, however these chairs were very difficult to assemble. The bolt pockets float and you cannot see where the end of the bolt is going...it's a blind pocket, so you spend a lot of time blindly poking the bolt around to see if you're in the correct position for it to screw properly. Then, you turn the bolt endlessly to see if the bolt is screwing in...it's not! Then you try again and again....then you return the chairs that you really want but cannot assemble!

Parson chairs
These chairs are on the smaller narrow side which worked for me. Quality is not the best. As others stated legs are way off after assembled and I was going to return them but there is a way to adjust them and it worked out. For those who can’t figure this out you would have no choice but to return them. That’s how far off the legs were. Also the color is more of a beige /gray.

Normandy Parson Dining Chairs
These chairs look great, but not very sturdy as two chairs broke already after having it for over a year. I had guest which were bigger than normal so it does not hold weight very well. I am small in nature so the weight holds but if you are heavy in nature do not purchase these chairs.

Seats are hard as a rock!
Seat cushions are too hard. They are deceiving when you look at them because they’re thick (too thick, in my opinion) and made of the faux leather material, so it would seem like they’d have some “give” when you sit on them. Not so. I also think the bottom cushions are cut a little too narrow. My husband said they were also a real pain to assemble. Disappointed.

GREAT DEAL SO FAR. I JUST RECEIVED THEM AND SET IT UP. I HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE AFTER SEATING EVERY DAY TO EAT DINNER IF THE MATERIALS ON THE CHAIR MAY FADE, BUT IT HASN'T HAPPEN YET WAITING TO SEE IF THAT HAPPENS. SO FAR SO GOOD.

In short they are chairs and you can sit on them. The bad thing is they sit uneven when built and the hardware (used to build the chairs) are cheap and not much thought was put into the assembly design

These chairs will fail you in less than a year!
1 year later and my advice is to stay away from these chairs!! They were impossible to assemble due to consistent manufacturer defects (the legs of FOUR chairs took us 4 hours to assemble because they were all crooked/holes were misaligned). 1 year later and most of our chairs are broken in some way. My husband and I are skinny people and have no children. The cushion support is a terribly put together crosshatch of some type of elastic which fails even with light use and sinks in. I am a 115 lbs and these chairs can't support me. We saw also some cracking in the wood 4 days after our warranty expired which was really upsetting. So sad I have to replace these chairs after just a year.

Do not buy these chairs! While these chairs are very cute, I purchased 6 of these chairs and the legs are uneven. Not even that, on the second time sitting on them, one of them broke!

Nice chairs, poor execution
This item was Missing parts and after contacting the manufacturer they have yet to provide a solution. Additionally the items were not ready for assembly as some of the precut holes were not cut. Very disappointed in this product.

I did not like the material they were made of and the chair legs were not sanded well. I have 3 small children who crawl around under and around the table so I decided it wasn’t worth the potential splinters and returned them.

Great Chairs...so far
I bought these chairs to add to the two I already had for my kitchen table. They were fairly easy to assemble, although I did have to disassemble and reassemble b/c the holes didn't line up correctly. But once that was done, it came out perfectly. They look great, very elegant around the table. Time will tell if they can hold up to the wear and tear of use.

Poor craftmanship
I had ordered 8 of these chairs. They were delivered promptly and I love the light mocha color. Unfortunately that is the extent of the good news. Only 3 of these chairs were assembled without encountering difficulties. One chair was assembled but wobbly, another chair could only 3 bolts installed due holes being improperly aligned. The last two chairs only have 1 bolt installed also due to improper drilling of the holes. I wouldn't recommend these even when they are on sale
