    Easy to Swallow & Actually Enjoy Taking Daily!

    came across Sports Research after a recommendation, and I’m really glad I did. Their Biotin softgels are amazing — they’re small, smooth, and football-shaped, which makes them super easy to swallow (a huge deal for me because I usually struggle with big vitamins). I also love that they’re made with coconut oil instead of filler ingredients it’s a healthy fat that helps absorption and makes the supplement feel cleaner and higher quality. I’ve had no trouble remembering to take them every day because they’re that easy and pleasant to take. I’ll definitely be trying more from this brand!

    So far so good!

    Love the size of the small capsule, easy going down. Only had a couple of weeks, so can’t tell any difference at this point. Have thin hair and trouble with brittle nails that always split, so have high hopes.

    Quality Product

    I added this biotin to my daily vitamin regimen and have taken it for many weeks now. These vitamins are a slightly soft, gel-filled capsule that has no taste when swallowed and dissolves well. I would continue to use and try other vitamins from Sports Research.

    Good product but not for me.

    I’m sure this is a really great product but sometimes coconut oil can really bother my stomach. It was the case in usage of this vitamin. This is a personal thing so I don’t believe that it will cause stomach upset for most people. It’s not some thing I would take in the future but I would recommend it for it’s stated health benefits.

    Love it

    I bought this product hoping to get some help with my hair and nails.i was really impressed that after 2 weeks I notice significant improvement in my nail growth and strength. My hair also has had a growth spurt. I would recommend this product.

    Works Great

    These really work.
