I must say this has made my homemade chicken parm subs THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! I love this clarified butter. I use it on anything Im going to toast, ie: toasted rolls for hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled cheeses & ANYTHING that requires toasting!!!! You would NEVER think that using clarified butter like this would make such a difference in flavor and texture! Better than any restaurant ones!!!!!! Even the clumps in it melt down perfectly!

This ghee was not fully clarified. It came with liquid in the center and it pops and snaps in the pan. I’ll have to re-clarify it myself to not throw away $8.

I learned my lesson. Despite all the bad reviews, I purchased this anyway because of its price point. I hadn’t used ghee before so I wasn’t sure what it was supposed to look and smell like. It smelled kinda bad upon opening despite being sealed but I thought maybe that was normal and used it to grease a hot pan for homemade pancakes. My son who has issues with histamine had a really bad reaction to it.

Wonderful ghee
This ghee was great in my bullet coffee with coconut oil whipped it up in my blend jet. For the negative reviews I think you need to learn more about Ghee before commenting. There’s nothing wrong with this ghee. Also put it on my popcorn.

Was looking for a more reasonably priced ghee option and decided to give the G&G brand a try. While it’s not exactly up to par with my favorite C brand, I thought it was a really good option. It looked and smelled like my fave brand. It did not smell rancid or look weird at all. Looked exactly the same a name brand. Melted well and cooked my foods about the same. Will definitely purchase again, as needed.

The texture and color of this ghee just isn’t the same smooth and light consistency I’m used to with my favorite 4th & heart ghee. Big fan of g&g products, but this one just wasn’t up to snuff for me (even at half the price of my usual ghee). Don’t think I’ll be repurchasing. As a side note, like others mentioned I did see many jars at the store that were even LESS consistent than mine… I picked the “best one” I could find and it still wasn’t really good. Gets the job done, but quality should be examined here @Target.
