Q: What is the seat height range?
What is the wheelbase length?
submitted by DT - 11 months ago
A: Hi, Those are great questions. Unfortunately, we do not have the specifications for the wheelbase length, only the height. In the manual are steps for adjusting the seat appropriately to the correct height. The seatpost will have a minimal insertion line which should not be visible when the seat is correctly installed. Best regards,

Perfect item for us. My child loved it. And it is still going strong. A little adjustment with the training wheels, but nothing too bothersome. This bike is still very much worth it, and the colors are vibrant and colorful.

We purchased this bike for our daughter and it was simple to assemble. I am not sure about the people's experiences with missing parts or the pedals being hard to turn ours had everything and the pedals were smooth and operated normally. I can speak to what I think the people talking about the handle bars being backwards. When you unbox it they have rotated the steering stem portion around to mate next to the handle bars for boxing since it is smaller. You just have to loosen the pinch bolt and rotate the stem back to the normal position before assembling the bike. I have provided photos of the handle bars as they are boxed for reference. You have to loosen the pivot bolt that is pointed out in the photo and rotate the stem around to the correct position. Hopefully this will help others and ease someone else's mind on the bike before purchase.

Bought this bike for my daughter for Christmas it is extremely hard to ride. The pedals are hard to push down. I’m having a hard time doing it with my hands, trying to move the pedal around. Needless to say I’ll be returning this.

We bought this bike for my 4 year old on her birthday. My daughter did pick it out at the store, I’m guessing all the bright colors attracted her. My husband assembled it and said he had no issues, except you do need to adjust the steering wheel and brakes. While observing my daughter riding it I would say she’s having some difficulty, the brakes on the bar handles are really hard to press so she brakes with the pedals instead. It’s also difficult to start pedaling, but once she gains momentum she’s fine. She’s an average height for a 4 year old -3.5 ft, I would say this bike would be for older kids.

“This bike is terrible for learning to ride, despite being labeled as ‘smartstart.’ The design is poorly thought out for beginners. The pedal brakes make it difficult to get started because you can’t reverse the pedals to position them for leverage. The bike is also heavy, and when we removed the training wheels, the screws scratched my daughter.

Disappointed - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
This bike looks nice, but that’s it. The worst thing about it is that it’s hard for my daughter to pedal. She has to push it so hard and sometimes the pedal slips without catching to actually turn the wheel. We’ve added bike grease to the pedals. It still doesn’t work. The hand break is useless. It’s way too big for a 5 year olds hands. She cannot get enough speed on this bike to feel comfortable balancing with it, so we haven’t tried taking off the training wheels.
