Loved it! Perfect frame!
I was framing a pastel painting on hardboard. A challenge requiring bracing for non movement and spaced matting to allow for particle droppings (forms pocket). I needed depth to allow for this procedure. This frame was well made and deep. Perfect. Also, I wanted the piece to stand out. Frame is simple and sleek, allowing for that to happen.

Frames are very nice...however, shipped with damage
I use these frames for displaying my watercolors or photos on a wall. They are very functional. Unfortunately, I choose to have 2 frames shipped to my home. The packaging was super, however, both frames had a damaged corner that was cracked as if they were dropped before they were put into the shipping container. Happy ending...I was able to exchange them for new frames at my Raleigh store and the manager took note of the issue. Hopefully, Jerry's will train their warehouse people on how to handle products for shipping.

Frame looks great - only critique is that from an angle the "glass" reflection is warped so you can tell it's not real glass. It's all dependent on light/reflection angle, but otherwise a fantastic frame!

White wash
These are great overall, I would like to see more consistency in the application of white wash in the white wash frames. Some are whiter than others making it difficult to group them. The wash is better when it shows a little more of the natural wood color beneath

Beautiful frame. I love the natural wood and that it is deep, it's perfect for me to make spacers and hang works on paper. I do with the plexiglass was a bit better though.

Watch for mold on backer boards
I've used these frames many times and I've always been satisfied with them. This time, when I took a close look after opening the box, I noticed mold on the backer boards of two of them. I contacted Jerry's customer support, and went through a process to prove that I really ordered them and that they were really moldy. But they made good on the replacement of the two damaged frames and all is well now. I'm appreciative of that, and of Cheyanne, the agent who handled it. This review is to let others know that they should check the frame backer boards for mold. It will damage your work and could contaminate other art or frames if stored near them. I'm sorry Jerry's has this issue with some of their frames--it's a hassle for them too, and I hope they're able to take care of it.

Beautifully made frames
These frames are beautiful. However, I ordered walnut and the frames are more a cherry color. The stickers on the packaging said they were walnut. Maybe they were mislabeled?
