[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have been great for both our boys. Our first used them a little past 18 months and had no teeth issues and our second loves them. Both our boys have tongue ties, our seconds is a little worse and needs help getting good suction but has been figuring it out on his own.

Tried one too many soothers out there as breast fed baby wanted nothing to do with any of them. This is the only one he will take a certain times super durable as my 2 year old bites on them and they have yet to chip or crack therefor extremely safe. And they fit super nice with the shape of babies mouth.

My great grandson loves his Nuk Comfy Silicone paci. He just turned 2 but still likes it for nap time. It has also served as an excellent teether! That’s why I just bought another set; he had finally chewed a hole in the last one. A feature I love is the one-piece design. No worries of soap getting trapped in the nipple. My favorite of all pacifiers, from my 4 children to our 11 grandchildren, and now our great grandson!

We have loved using this pacifier, but my daughter recently started choking on it after fitting it all in her mouth. The pacifier backing needs to be made much bigger so this doesn't happen.

We have used and loved these pacifiers for our son since birth. About a month ago, we sized up from the 0-6 month size to the 6-18 month size. We never had any problems until tonight. He is currently 6.5 months old and managed to lodge an entire pacifier (shield and nipple) in his mouth. If we had not been right there, he would have choked! As it was, he was completely panicking and we are terrified of it happening again. The shield of the 6-18 month size appears indistinguishable from the 0-6 month size. The main difference that we can see is the size of the nipple. Due to the silicone of this pacifier, it is too easy for baby to fit the entire pacifier in their mouth. Given that baby’s mouths grow, these pacifiers need to be larger or have a firmer edge. Why does the nipple size increase but not the shield size?!

I ordered these through babylist.com from my friend's registry for her baby shower. The packaging it came in looks awful. Almost unsanitary. I feel embarrassed bringing it to the shower. I imagine the product is fine, just wish I would've shopped in store.

I breastfeed and I didn’t want to introduce a pacifier until the 3-4 week mark like recommended. My daughter is now 2 months & still wouldn’t take any kind of pacifier I tired everything. I saw another mother go through the same thing and she used these and I thought it wouldn’t work but I told myself to give it a try, so I bought them and she pushed it out of her mouth a few times but after a couple of tries of putting back in her mouth and wiggling it around she started to suck. It has been life changing & now I don’t have to nurse her every time she fusses. She hated long pacifiers they would make her gag

These are the only pacifiers I’ve used with my daughter. We sized up to the 6-18 month pacifiers around 5 months. She is 10 months old now and got an entire pacifier lodged in her mouth. I thought it was a fluke but it happened twice more. These are great until infants realize how flexible they are. The part that makes it a choking hazard is the 6-18 mo size is nearly indistinguishable from the 0-6. Baby’s mouths grow, these pacifiers need to be larger or have a firmer edge.

My daughter loves these and they are the only pacifier she will accept. So why is there not a 6 months plus option???

These are the only pacifiers my baby will take (0-6 mos). I can't find the 6-18 months anywhere. Can I order them directly from your website?

These are the ONLY pacifiers my son will take and he only has one left that has no holes. I’ve been searching for them for months with no luck

My daughter loves theses but to find them to buy is almost impossible please produce more!!

after reading the reviews from even 4+ years ago i’m seeing that you never have 6-18 month in stock. that is ridiculous. now i will not be recommending this pacifier to anyone else because the hassle I and everyone else in these review sections have gone through to get that size is insane. Nuk, fix this issue. Babies grow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried giving my newborn the NUK for Nature Comfy 100% Bio-based Silicone Pacifier as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and to be honest, it was too much for her. She gagged and couldn’t find a comfortable sucking rhythm, so she continuously spit it out after my futile attempts to give her the paci. She is only 2 weeks old, is solely breastfeeding and only has experience with one other pacifier (which she uses successfully). My guess is it is simply a bit too early for this type of design. I like the look and the fact that it is 100% bio-based silicone. We’ve always loved our NUK products so I think it would be beneficial to try again in a few months to give a more thorough review.

My daughter LOVES these. They stay in her mouth at night. There’s no hard plastic on her face or getting stuck in her neck when it does eventually fall out. They’re soft but almost like soft rubber so they kind of grip a little gentle but so they stay in a lot longer than others. 130% recommend these!

The nipple is similar to mama's which makes switching from breast to paci a breeze. My little took to the paci quickly and easily assuming because it's soft and pliable and similar to mama. I also love the fact that the paci itself is made of sustainable and bio-based silicone, making me feel better about giving it to my baby and eventually when it's time to toss! I love that this option is reducing our carbon footprint on the planet that we're creating for little ones. I've always loved the heart shaped paci's over the circular ones as it makes space for teeny baby noses, and these have that perfect shape helping my little one breathe easy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the colors of the binky and I love that I can hook a binky holder on to it. The weight was a little heavier than I'd like for soft suckers. I did like the color options. I didn't like that the binky had a top and bottom...only one way to put it in their mouth. My baby was already 2 months old when we tried it and she preferred the nipple with her other binky better. If I would have started with this one maybe it would have been a different story. I received this binky as a part of the stellar product testing panel.
