Eeeeehhhhhh
This umbrella is not very high quality. First off, the dark gray fabric is very thin and you can easily see the sun shining through it. It doesn't do a great job of stopping the hot Sacramento sun. Second, the open/close mechanism is run by thin nylon cords that I'm pretty sure will disinegrate in our hot, dry summers. Disappointed by the quality, but at this point most of the other umbrellas are sold out so we're likely stuck with this one for the season. We bought this umbrella to replace one we bought from Target six years ago, which was a solid product. The only reason we're replacing it is because it was damaged in a windstorm when we forgot to close it up. Disappointed to see that Target's newer umbrellas have substantially diminished in quality. This umbrella would probably be good for a small balcony in moderate weather, but not any environment that's going to expose it to a major heat or other stressors. Womp womp.

Fabric feels thin.
Not sure how long the fabric on this umbrella will hold to some wind. I always close them if I expect the winds stronger than 15 mph. I hope they hold up to that.

Very nice patio umbrella
I bought this to give me great shade from the Texas sun. I'm able to sit outside now and keep the rays from making it uncomfortable. Sturdy. well built and does what it was designed to do. Looks great too, the material feesl very durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 9ft outdoor umbrella is a pretty solid unit. The crank is so easy to use and the tilt features is great for providing shade during all hours of the afternoon. You will need a table or a base for the unit to put it up. Setting up was very easy and only took a few minutes. The vented top does make a huge difference on a breezy day. The top keeps the umbrella from flying away. We have had a few VERY windy nights and I have taken the umbrella down as I don't know that it would withstand the extreme wind speeds we have had. Overall I think this 9' umbrella is a great deal and would highly recommend to friends and family for this summer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made aluminum pole and frame. Opens easily and has a tilt mechanism so the sun gets blocked no matter where you are seated. The canopy stays clean and wash’s down easily We have the teal color which is very pretty My only complaint is that the umbrella doesn’t have a sewn on tie so you can secure the umbrella closed. Great item !

Easy Set Up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this out of the box and was able to set it up in less than 5 minutes. We already had a patio table and this umbrella fit in it perfectly. I love the teal color of the umbrella and the pole was very easy to put together. The crank function is also very easy to use and actually fun (I may have done this a few times just because). Also the tilt is a nice feature that works with just the push of a button. While I do think that this umbrella is well constructed it is not as high end as other umbrellas our family has owned in the past. It also seems a little rocky so it would probably benefit from an umbrella stand which we do not have. Overall it fits our needs so I am pretty satisfied with it.

I have a small table in the front where we have coffee in the mornings and a large table in the back for evening dinners and this umbrella is so easy to transport to either table when needed. You will just love the tilt function as well so you can protect yourself from the sunlight where ever it may be aiming. I honestly think this would make a nice gift option for loved ones in your life and they will treasure for a long time as the quality will last that long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for an awesome, red, tilting and large patio umbrella for a while now, so I was ecstatic to find this one! I've never had one before, so we guessed how it would work and tried to open it the typical umbrella way and failed miserably... it pays to read manuals sometimes lol It was SO easy to use the crank it has to get it fully extended and it's easy to tilt it... Perfect for those sunny afternoons. The build quality is great... Solid, sturdy and nicely powder coated, so I expect it will last a good while. The design is pretty too, with it's extra little canopy at the peak to give it that edge over plain patio brollies. I love it!

Great shade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This umbrella is super nice. The setup was easy to do. It took me about 10 mintues to set it up. It provides nice shade from the sun. It gets up to 100 degreers where i live and this provided nice shade without getting sunburn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did stand the umbrella up and crank it and tilt it to see if this would work for me and it looks like it will be perfect. I need to get a base or use the table I have on my porch for it. It seems sturdy enough and the crank works well. No catches or anything when you are cranking it. The poles go together and come apart very easily. The tile function is perfect for the the sun os going down behind you. It’s very large and will be perfect come spring and summer.
