    Great but needs a few improvements

    I bought this product to help reduce effects of my neuropathy: The power cord should be a little longer. The low setting is very aggressive. There could be an attached bar to adjust the angle . A little slot to store the remote would be very convenient!

    Shiatsu feet massager

    I love the Shiatzu type foot massager and had one previously. It has GREATLY helped my neuropathic feet, thanks to my husband for searching it out for me. BUT with this particular product I purchased from Target, the rollers were so hard I couldn't proceed and had to return it. Otherwise, the Shiatsu feet massagers are excellent for total body health, especially detox and blood flow.

    Great massager...for about 6 months

    I loved this massager! I like solid pressure on foot massages! But this completely quit working less than 6 months after purchase and only using 1-2 times a week. And now I'm outside the return window and there's only a 60 day limited warranty so...buy something else. Not great quality.

    Remote doesnt work.

    The remote doesn’t work and when contacting the company, they said to defer to target since they sold it. They would rather I return the entire thing than just mail a new remote. The massager itself is decent but it doesn’t offer any customization. It’s set to 15 minutes and changes motion every minute. The balls are pretty hard so it does start to hurt after a while if you have skinny feet.

    wouldnt recommend to people with pre existing foot problems; really rough

    bought this to hopefully help with my plantar fasciitis, it only made it worse, it's very rough and painful. tried the few settings that it offers and they were all really rough, it doesn't work the heel of the foot like i was hoping and you can't really adjust your foot without crushing it on the side to work the heel, for someone looking for just a rougher foot massage without any problems with their feet i would suggest trying but other than that it wasn't for me

I have to wear thick socks or double washcloths in the bottom for comfort but it’s worth the hassle because this is a great massager. My DIL loved it so I bought her one as well!
