I LOVE, LOVE this body wash!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the smell!!! To me it is like the scent of Bath and Body "Forever Sunshine" scent line they used to have. Since they stopped I haven't been back. I had a little left over body wash and they smell the same. I told my husband I wanted some more in my stocking at Christmas last, and he got the creamy exfoliant one, which is good, but nothing like this one! I want it forever!!!

It doesn't make sense the prices going up, but the customer gets less amount. I understand it's inflation so you have to raise your price but stop ripping off customer with the bottle not full.

The smell is not the same!
I was looking forward to smelling amazing after my shower. Nope! The formula is different. The scent used to linger for hours, you can barely smell it when it lathers. This is how to let down a customer that you've had for decades. "If it ain't broke don't fix it" It was less expensive and better. Although, I really don't care about price point, I'm disappointed in the quality. Can u please fix it! And make a huge announcement because WE ARE NOT HAPPY!

Wonderful scent
I used this in someone else's guest bathroom and loved it so much that I immediately got some for myself. The best way I could describe the scent is that it smells like something you'd find at a spa, not like the common body wash scents out there.

Will never use another body wash or hand soap!
I was using Dove for years but I decided to try something different for a change. I looked at different body washes and read that this one was really moisturizing. It certainly is! It makes my skin so soft. It lathers well and gets you clean but your skin stays soft. I'm so glad I found these products. They also have a nice clean smell that's not too overwhelming.

Why did you change the product? It's not as concentrated as it was before. Now I can't even find it anymore. Where is the 21oz bottle? Used to be one of my favorite body washes. Please return it to its original formula and make it available. Thank you.

Can't untwist the pump!
With old arthritic hands, I prefer pump-action containers in the shower. It took me 20 mins of twisting the bloody nozzle either way and it wouldn't release. Thankfully my son googled the problem, with lots of people asking the same question! Kindly start printing how to open on your bottles! I will leave another review after I try it in my next shower

If the pump is not broken, we suggest that you try to loosen up or unscrew the collar and tighten it back. You can also try to push the pump using your palm and then move it counterclockwise while applying pressure on it about ten times continuously. Where’s the Marula oil in ingredients?
Product has now changed three times. I no longer even see Marula oil listed in ingredients Go back to basics. 1st product was the best! Originally 5* now 2/3
