Very bad shampoo & conditioner for thick coarse hair
Absolutely dried out my daughters hair like no other shampoo/ conditioner I’ve tried on her. She has wavy, thick hair and this set made her hair a tangled mess. A huge section tangled up into a ball, causing so much hair loss when I tried to brush it out. Will not use Aussie products again based on this horrible experience.

As you may already know, hair is usually dry and can become easily tangled when it hasn't been properly conditioned. It's a chance that the products used just weren't the best for her hair type and you may need to try a more moisturizing formulation. Also, we'd like to assure you that none of our hair care products can cause hair loss or make it worse. To avoid hair loss during the detangling process, we recommend applying a rich conditioner directly to the tangled area and allowing it to sit for a few minutes. After letting the product sitting, with a fine-toothed comb, began to detangle the hairs, beginning at the ends and inching up towards the root. We'd like to assist further.
