Q: I've been using this product for about a week. It smells so good. The only thing I have to say is its making my hair oily at my roots. Is this because I put too much conditioner or is it the shampoo doing this?
A: Hi Anonymous! If you are putting the conditioner directly on your roots, then depending on the amount it could be making your hair more oily. Try focusing on the ends and see if this helps. Hope this helps!
