Looked Good Out of the Box
Looked good out of the box but had issues! The \"Chrome Metal\" base finish pitted with rust spots within 2 months of sitting under our bar in our gazebo even though they were covered when not in use. I had to sand, prime and use metal paint to cover rusted base. They hydraulics are extremely difficult to work with. It takes 2 strong people pushing down hard to adjust the height. On the positive side, the swivel function works great and the seats are comfortable if you have a small butt! The stools fit easily under the bar counter and wide base provides stabilization. Pretty sure I\'ll need to replace these stools in the near future.

It is perfect for our usage
I purchased these stools for my son to hold his saxophone while he is practicing. It will release pressure on hi neck. Works great for both alto and tenor saxophone.

Great for my home arcade
Great for keeping my home arcade aesthetically pleasing. I have a few of these & only one has an issue boosting up & down. Many butts of all ages have sat on all of these & I'd rather have these than the non adjusting ones that come with Arcade1Up machines!

These are good looking stools. Bought them for commercial use as the ad said they were good for that. Not the highest quality. The ring that holds the post into the base is a cheap plastic. Not giving any type of support to securing the base. Was going to return them but decided to give them a go and see how they do. They are comfortable to sit on, I just don't know if they will hold up under rigorous commercial use.

Good value
Bought these for the kids video game console, they are super easy ro assemble, 4 bolts each stool, and are pretty comfortable and study for the cost, the kids don't weigh enough to adjust the shock down, but that's better than them falling down when an adult sits on them, and keeps them from bouncing up and down on them. Cover material feels pretty durable and expect them to last awhile.

Amazing for the price
My kitchen is still under construction but I was tired of waiting to get stools. I spent forever researching them and they were quite expensive. I decided I needed something adjustable and really wanted something that swiveled. I found these and figured they would be of poor quality but at least I'd have something and I'd figure out something permanent later. I was shocked by the ease in putting them together and how solid and heavy they are. They look great and I don't think I'll have to find anything to replace them. They aren't the most comfortable but I think they will become more comfortable when we wear in the seats a bit. Overall, amazing quality and great price!

MAKE SURE TO TAKE OFF THE BLACK END PIECE BEFORE INSTALLING If you don't it will be a pain and you will struggle trying to get it unstuck. my other issue isn't with the product it's with the problem I had with shipping. I put 2 orders in on 10/1 and 10/6. The 10/1 order came in on the 7th. And it said the 10/6 order came in on 10/8. But it never did. I emailed the seller and no answer yet. I'm still rating 5 star because it has nothing to do with the product just the seller and or maybe Amazon.

1-1/2 years later shop use and still using
purchased these 1-1/2 yrs ago for shop use and was skeptic at first because of the price but the guys love them. They are very light weight, and have a very soft seat. Seat covers are still tight with no tears. When I say light weight, I mean really light. You can grab the vertical tube with one hand and lift it over your head like it is nothing. Rubber lip on the base keeps it from sliding around, I'm happy with them and buying more for my RV.
