After only 3 years this fan has developed a very loud humming sound when it’s running regardless of speed. I’ve done all the troubleshooting suggestions without and change. At this price I expected many more years of use.

Beautiful design. Looks great and my electrician actually took a photo of it to show other customers and use himself. It's very lightweight, yet sturdy. That helps in install since mine was mounted on a 20 foot ceiling and he was able to hang without outside help.

This fan is expensive. It has been installed in my master bedroom. My wife, who requires air movement at night to sleep, turns this fan on every night. Let me start with looks. This fan is gorgeous. It just pops off our white ceiling and the design is beautiful. I could not be happier with that aspect of the fan. Everyone notices it. So style and look is wonderful. The operation of the fan is flawless. Changing frequency is a breeze. The light is bright, able to be dimmed and easy to use. The 6 speeds with reverse is more than adequate for our needs. Which brings me to my issue with the fan. It was a first virtually silent. We have been using it for about 45 days now. In the last few days it has developed a pronounced noise/tick that is load and distracting. I have no idea what has prompted this behavior. Rather than helping with sleep it now deters it. I suspect we will not be able to live with it. So rather than the 5 star I would like to give it I have to give it two instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan is a definite conversation piece and makes a room “pop”. It pushes air as much as you need it to. The light isn’t the brightest but that was a necessity for us to purchase.
