I didn't get much service at a store in az. I went home & looked it up on the internet. I selected my fan & put it in the cart. I realized that I could not order it directly. Frustrated I logged off. Ceiling light looks great BUT it doesn’t work. Power is there but the motor doesn’t respond to the remote. And of course the store doesn’t have the needed part. And so of course I will have to pay the installer to come a second time. But it does look great.

Poor quality. The fan motor wobbles significantly to cause clicking noise. I made sure all screws were tight and ran without the blades attached. Motor mechanism does not rotate perfectly level and creates the warp effect. Do not recommend.
