Good quality / Horrible support

My father-in-law and I spent an hour to assemble this beast, only to get to last step and be missing the bolt used to connect the umbrella post to the base. The quality seems good, 11 ft size and coverage is amazing, although my wife may not be able to open or close due to height and weight, and you will need an 8 ft ladder to tie the string around the closed umbrella. All that said, I send a simple email, with proof of purchase, puctures of umbrella, and pics of user manual with pic of part and assembly step, and what do I get from Costway, whom the manual says to contact, they say please contact Target. This is a $1 special bolt on a $600 umbrella and the manufacturer questions me and than refers me to Target. Frustrating, disappoointing and shameful for a product of this size and cost. I gave 2 stars because quality good, but when you spend $600 and can't use the item it's essentially worthless.
