This light was created to beautify the kids' new apartment - it's in a fairly cold climate with long, snowy winters, so these grow lights are very practical to help the plants get through the long, dark winters.

I bought this cautiously because the price was so low and I didn't know if it would be enough. It worked so well that I immediately bought another one. It's beautiful and was very easy to assemble.

I had no trouble assembling this indoor plant stand with grow light. The illustrated instructions were very clear. (I think this is the first time in my life that I didn't have to disassemble and reassemble parts because the instructions were unclear.) It looks great in my living room and doesn't take up much space, yet it can accommodate 6 or 7 plants. I was happy to see the dimensions noted in the product description, which let me know that I can use it to grow most of the plants I want to grow. I currently have some pots with herbs on the stand with the grow light, and plan to put them in the flower beds in the garden when the weather continues to be warm enough to support them. I am especially looking forward to the upcoming cold winter and planting herbs on the stand so that I can grow herbs all year round. Since I can't count on having enough sunlight coming in from the front window all year round, the grow light is perfect for my situation - and I can put the stand wherever I want! These stands are very durable and safe, and I highly recommend them!

put this plant stand in my foyer and it looks amazing! I mainly use it to display my air plants, which fit perfectly on the stand. This plant stand doesn't take up a lot of space and has a beautiful design. The grow light is great and helps keep my plants healthy even in low light conditions near the door. It was easy to assemble and the black color matches my home decor.

Looking at the pictures I was a little worried that it would be hard to put together, but it was actually very straight forward and the instructions were super easy. It took us about 10 minutes to put it together and everything we needed was there. It took two of us to put it together, but I could have easily done it on my own. I was also a little worried that it would be unbalanced since everything is supported on one axis. To be honest, once it was put together I had no worries at all. It even held our 25 lb rubber plant pot in the perfect position with no issues. The lights are great too. While not up to "grow house" standards in terms of strength, it is more than enough for almost all of the indoor plants we need to grow. All in all, one of the best plant stands we have used in years!

am a maximalist when it comes to decorating. Bohemian, eclectic, colorful, and lots of stuff. This is one of the most amazing decorations I have ever received, no exaggeration. I had planted these herbs (and an ivy and a strawberry) in pots long before the stand arrived (there were long delays in shipping). My plants were all looking a little sad waiting for their new home on the stand in less than ideal conditions outdoors. My goodness, they all came to life instantly under the light! Today, almost 24 hours later, my family came over and they all marveled at how happy the plants looked, standing straight up, even the delicate dill, cilantro, and thyme. I built this stand out of fairly large plastic pots and it felt very sturdy. We attached it to the wall. Even the plants on it, and the ivy, hang down towards the light. The stand casts plenty of light and you can place some plants on the floor. My giant mint plant (floor) had been sitting outside for a few weeks and had somehow gotten damaged, but under the lights it came back to life and looked brand new. (See last photo; about 24 hours ago the left side of the plant was badly scorched and squashed; not sure if a cat had sat on it, ha!!) The control has three timer functions, as well as various light intensities. Note that since all the lights are wired, there are a lot of wires to hide. I managed to lay them all out along the post and tied them to the post with brown macrame yarn. Zip ties are also provided for this, but I think the yarn is prettier. We are using waist-height sockets, so I tied the controller to the post, about the same height. Basically, if you have the patience, you can wind those cords up so they are barely noticeable to the unnoticed. It's awesome! I love this thing so much. In 24 hours, my plant was saved from near death. So happy to finally have an indoor herb garden in our otherwise dimly lit cabin in the woods!
