Shipping time incorrect per Outsunny

This may be a really nice item, but, I wouldn’t know. Reason for review is that it’s important to know it’s NOT A 2 DAY SHIP ITEM. I ordered for a specific event and after realizing it wasn’t going to arrive in time it took 1 chat and 2 calls to customer service to cancel it. Per Outsunny (the company holding the item), it’s 3 days just to get to FedEx pickup. Then normal ship time.
