I wanted to like this chair but it's very hard and the material is cheap so it damages easily. The massage works great but the chair itself won't last a year before replacing

Although my room is a little too small for a chair like this, I still do not regret buying this product one bit. I like this chair a lot since I can adjust the height of it as I am using it. It is very comfortable as I just sink when I sit on it. And as someone who does not like to straight all the time, I am able to lean back on this chair. This chair is the perfect pick for me.

I work from home and work ten hour days and have back problems, this chair has made a huge difference in my backpain, no where near the pain. love it! I would highly recommend this product for someone that is looking for a good durable chair that is padded in all the right places. Great quality and comfort!

After reading LOTS of reviews for an office chair that I could sit for 7-8 hours daily; I chose this one. Primarily for it looks, the PU leather (which is better than bonded), the stitching, ergonomics, and seat adjustments (tilt, locking tilt, and height.) After using it now for one week, it's very comfortable, feels, and looks great! Highly recommend

Brought this for my wife a few months ago, assembly was pretty straightforward but I'm pretty handy, she loves the chair her only complaint is the back of chair leans back to far and she finds herself sitting forward not putting her full weight against the back side, but after I played with the chair a bit I was able to lock the rocking chair feature,she loves the heat and message part and I often walk in on her message break session eyes closed head back just taking it in, I hope she gets some years out of this chair it's only been about 4 months but she's enjoying it

Massager is just vibrations but that was expected. Very nice and comfortable. Good for posture.

this cheap desk chair is a wonderful gift for anyone. it not only has a full back vibration but it keeps you warm as toast. my son loves it and would sit there all the time if he could. i would recommend it to anyone.

I've been pleasantly surprised by this chair. The massage feature works great and the heat does as well. It definitely isn't heating pad hot, but definitely hot enough to help tight muscles especially in your lower back. Overall the support is great and it's the first time I haven't had shoulder and neck pain while working in months, so I would definitely recommend it!

Love this chair. I have owned it now for about 2 years. Probably the longest out of anyone here. It has been a very good functioning chair to me these past few years. Vibrating function and heat both still work very well. I broke my back in February and love this chair!

A great chair! Never knew there was such a unit! Directions are not very good. Had to do searches on youtube

I am absolutely loving this chair. This is probably my 5th chair, since the start of the pandemic. For those of us that were sent home (which I¡¯m thankful for) were not totally prepared to make our home an office. I have body injuries from a serious car accident, so I need a specific type of chair. I¡¯ve finally found the right chair in the Hom Com Ergonomic heating/massage chair. It supports my back, and you have the ability to adjust it to recline when you need a break. You can also adjust the height of the chair as well. It does a good job of keeping your posture straight. This is a great chair to have to sit in for long hours. You can always use the heat and/or massage features to help you sit a little longer. By far, this is the best office chair. The look of it is beautiful and the comfort is even better. And, I was able to put this chair together on my own, as a woman. It took about 35 minutes.

My husband loves to sit in this chair because it's soft, comfortable, especially it has 6 vibrating points and the backrest with heat function. The assembly of the chair is very easy with instructions, taking only 10 minutes

Because of Covid-19 I (like many people) have had to work from home. I hadn't had an office space in years so needless to say I was not prepared to work from home. I could make do with an old desk but I had no chair. I have a HomCom PU Leather High-Back Executive Ergonomic Heated Vibrating Massage Office Chair at work that I love so I purchased one for my home office. I love it! Perfect for everything I need in an office chair.

I bought this because my old office chair was starting to hurt my back. When I saw this, I decided to try it because for the value of the chair, it also comes with massaging features, which is pretty nice. It's a pretty easy-to-install item. Just make sure to line up all the screws perfectly like I did, other than that it's pretty straightforward. The power requires it to be plugged in at all times. Otherwise you can still choose to use it as a normal chair. The amount of intensity is just right, it isn't too strong or too weak.

This chair was very easy to assemble, but did take about 45 minutes to complete. (Did it myself without any assistance). The massage function is very good and it is more of a vibration that a shiatsu massage. It has two speeds (High or Low) and I find the high speed works best for my purposes. It has 6 different modes and 3 different body areas, which is very convenient because you can target a specific area on your body with a specific type of vibration/massage.

I spent hours reviewing and researching heated officd chairs for my husband as a surprise gift. Putting it together was fairly easy- so easy, that it concerned me about it's stability. Its DEFINITELY not for big guys...my husband is 6'4 and 250lbs.... the chair leaned when he sat down the first time...I CRINGED! ..because I thought it would break. Next, I tried to flip on the heat/massage settings.....although the remote has MANY settings.... none of the buttons worked! (Its all "for show") You plug it in and it'll instantly vibrates loudly.... didn't even hit the power button yet....so I attempted to POWER OFF....it continued vibrating....I hit different settings..played with the heat switch.... nothing changed, lol it LITERALLY just keep that same vibration mode from the initial plug in.... so I UNPLUGGED it to turn it off (power button doesn't seem to stop it at all) Knowing my husband was IN NEED of a new chair.... I was embarrassed that I chose THIS ONE to bring home..... I took a chance with reading good reviews on an unfamiliar brand.... DEFINITELY have to redeem myself and purchase something of quality....THIS chair will probably get stuck in the basement or garage..... or a yard sell..... lesson learned. God forbid you get tangled in the wiring :(

My husband bought me this chair for our 29th wedding anniversary. The chair that he bought me several years ago looks so beautiful but is so uncomfortable and he paid twice the amount for it. This chair is super comfortable and adjustable to fit whatever height you want. The heated vibrating massage is just an added benefit.
