Ordered 3 in off white. 2 were perfect and 1 was damaged. Emailed and got a very prompt reply within the hour. Next day got an email that a new one was being shipped & I would receive in 7-10 days. They are very comfortable and look amazing for the price! My husband assembled them and didn't complain-2 much.
