We received this product as a gift for our children for Christmas, it came with missing parts, fundamental pieces, since we couldn’t assemble the swing because of it. Customer service said since is a third party we will have to wait for them to send the missing pieces, after 3 months of talking with Customer service and waiting for the missing pieces, we decided to return it and buy a new one. Arrived with all the pieces and our children simply love it! They are 12m old twins and has the perfect size for them.
