Good quality
This is a great product! I have definitely noticed a difference since I started taking it. My energy is improved and mood is better. There is no bad after taste. The pills are a nice size and easy to swallow.

Good Supplement
This supplement was a great size, had no foul taste or smell, and was easy on the stomach! I did find it concerning that the bottle was not childproof. As a mother, it makes me nervous that my children could open the bottle if I accidentally left it in the counter.

Solid product
I have used Thorne Research supplements in the past. I was always curious about 5-MTFH, and how it could benefit my special needs child as well as my family. I have been taking these for a little over a month now and am starting to see some positive results. I have found that my energy levels have increased. Although there are claims that it improves skin and hair, I have not been on these long enough to see those type of results. I have begun the regime with my son, I am anxious now to see the benefits he reaps of as well.

Teeny tiny capsules
I’m typically not one to take supplements because there are so many options on the shelves that aren’t vetted. I only tried this by Thorne brand because it is touted as being the best in the business for its pure ingredients and recommended by big well known names. I must say that I am pleased with the results so far. These tiny capsules are easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach or create nausea. Instead, they have improved my mood and cleared up my skin. I can’t tell if it is truly improving my heart health but these couple of benefits alone leave me optimistic it’s providing those benefits too as claimed. My only reservation is that there seems to be inconsistency in the amount to take. The bottle says one capsule up to two times daily but other marketing text/images for this product, such as on the Thorne website, I’ve seen it say one capsule up to three times daily. The inconsistency makes me feel uneasy as this seems like something that should be easy to be consistent about throughout. I’m taking one capsule once a day and I’ve seen improvement from that alone.

Probably a good product but need to check before taking to make sure no issues with other meds.
This is a good product if you need for any of these conditions. Probably need to try longer to see if any effects. I became concerned it may interfere with my medications so delayed taking until I get the ok from my doctor or pharmacist to take it.

Gets me through the day!
Helps me get through the day! This product helps with depression, sugar cravings and brain fog. I take 3 throughout the day and it makes a world of difference in my moods and gives me the motivation to accomplish my tasks.

Seems to help!
I purchased this product about a month ago to help with some mood enhancement. I have been taking it since purchasing, about a month now and it really seems to be helping. I take one capsule in the morning with my breakfast and get my day started. Hasn’t caused any weird/sickness feelings. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

One of the very good things about this supplement is that they pills are very small! Very easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste, which is a great plus for me!! I personally didn't seem to have any side effects when taking this supplement.

Great product, good choice for your folate needs
I got these to take as recommended by my physician because my iron levels were high and he wanted me to take folate. He suggested methylfolate. I like the Thorne brand because it doesn’t have the fillers and and coatings that some brands do. Those can affect absorption of vitamins and supplements. I am taking the Thorne 5-MTHF 5 Mg - Active, Tissue-Ready Folate Supplement - Essential Vitamin B to Support Methylation, Heart Health, Fetal Development, and Nerve Support. There are 60 in a bottle and my dr suggested one capsule daily. I have no aftertaste issues, which is important to me. Some leave a gross taste, or you burp up a nasty urp for hours. Yuck! I take these with food. They aren’t huge and are easy to swallow with water. I don’t notice any stomach discomfort. I’m very happy with these and will be getting another bottle.

Great size
This supplement is something a lot of women should be taking. I got them for the Folate that is included in them. They are capsules and not at all too big. They are more comfortable to swallow than tablets.

easy to take
Size, color, flavor, smell and texture are very good. Easy to take, it doesn't leave a bad taste and I like all the benefits and ingredients it offers. I think it is a very complete supplement. worth every penny. Take care of your body with an excellent quality supplement. My opinion is based on my personal experience.

Good but don’t see a difference..
I’ve been taking the vitamins for a little over two weeks and I don’t see any difference in how I feel, but I am taking other vitamins like iron, zinc, and B 12. I do see more of a glow to my skin, but I can’t say it was all due to these supplements, it just might me a benefit from all of them. I will continue to use these as I’ve had no bad experience or reaction, it just take another two weeks for me to see the results/benefits.

Unsure
I’ve been taking it for about a week straight now and haven’t noticed any effects. As for the pills, there’s no after taste which is a plus and they swallow easily. I’m hoping to get more clarification as I continue taking this supplement, but after a week, there’s nothing to “write home about”.

Great product
These capsules are not that big and easy to take. I like how they help with your mood and your heart health. Definitely a good product to be taking if your trying to take care of your heart and mood in one. I will definitely be buying more!
