Comfy for short time

I bought this for my mom for Christmas about a year and a half ago and she loved it. said it was very comfortable and helped with her back and hip pains... but after that long of daily use the fabric literally started to disintegrate, like falling apart when you just touch it. In conclusion it will be great if you're using it for about 9 months but not long term use.

Helpful for pregnancy!

It's really big and does take up about half the width of my queen sized bed. Make sure you follow the instructions when you first get it to fluff it up and let it decompress for 1-2 days. Pretty comfortable and allows for a few different sleep positions that support belly/back. I was worried about the quality and volume (not being too flat) after reading reviews online for similar pillows, but the item photos are pretty accurate.
