Fine for Contortionists!
I think this is the fifth Bio-Bidet we have bought and always loved them. I am sorry to say that, for the first time, I am disappointed. Everything seems to be fine except for the remote control. It isn't. All our previous one worked with the remote mounted on the cabinet to the left of the toilet.This one will not. One must remove the remote from the mounting and hold it to the right, very close to the toilet tank. Not even at a comfortable position in front. It's sometimes even difficult to find the right spot. I would not recommend this model to anyone now.

Purchased a Biobidet BB-1000 in 2010. After 15 years of use, it was time for a new one. My wife insisted on another BB-1000. Easy to install and same great product.

Wall remote very hard to use.
When pressing the wall remote, it takes an incredible amount of pressure to get the button to beep and connect. Personally, I think something is wrong with the technology for it to be that difficult.

Mine has lasted almost 10 years!
I bought mine in May 2016, and it worked fine until 3 days ago when the water stopped heating and the remote ceased to work. I think I will now buy another.

Wrinkled penny is clean!
This thing is awesome! Not only does it have many types of streams, including vortex, but it also has a dryer which is nice. One of the lower models has a night light that this one doesn’t have but we still love it. It takes up a lot of room and pushes the seat forward a bit but not too much that you can’t use it. We have a round bowl and those are small to begin with though. We bought a second elongated one for my mom, and she loves hers too! The deodorizer is also a nice touch because we can get STINKY! It would be nice if they were available in different colors.

BB1000
The BB1000 is a time-proven bidet and delivers enough water pressure to get the job done, by contrast with some other brands I've owned. I have had three of them. One developed a ground fault after 4 years and so would not operate on a GFI circuit, presumably due to water penetration into the circuit board area. I have not tried the BB2000, a newer version, but also more expensive. Not sure if it delivers the same water pressure as the 1000.

Tip s would be useful
Seat works great, Instructions should include that the wireless control panel should be very close to the seat switch. When reattached the control panel even with the switch the buttons worked.

Uncomfortable
The Bio-bidet works well. I got a round, but still comes out beyond my commode. Also the seat is uncomfortable. You wouldn't want to sit on it for awhile.

Supreme BB-1000
I have a issue with remote, have to press numerous times to start. Also I have G.I issues in which was the main reason for the purchase but manuel states that the seat stains. I always wipe up if bowel movement is loose but seat seems really cheaply made which dissapoints. My brother suggested ToTo Bidet and I hate "should have" on myself but I should have gotten the one he has.

FAULTY BIO BIDET.
We received the Bio Bidet this last week. I was disappointed that the water wand does NOT extend to the front. Me being a woman !! We don't know if this is a flaw in design or if we received a faulty bidet. In addition, the spray ends up all over the back of the bidet and on part of the lid. So we have to clean up the over spray each time we use the bidet. We believe that this bidet is broken and would like a replacement, and/or a different model. Please inform of what we're supposed to do with this faulty bidet. Thank you for your consideration.

Slim Three Bidet
I purchased the slim three bidet with remote prior to a rotator cuff repair surgery and I am so glad I made this purchase. I have heard from a few friends and some doctors that this is a must have and after using it at the past month I totally agree. This product is amazing. I don’t know why I waited so long but I Tell all my family and friends. This is a must you need to get it? It is a life changer.

Not enough hot water
This is my second bidet from this company. I upgraded to this one. The hot water only stays on for 28 seconds, then it’s ice cold. If you are unable to shower due to surgery or hospice this hardly gives you enough too soap up and rinse off before the hot water is off. The cheaper model I had before stayed on for two minutes. Really disappointed! If you live in a cold climate the water is like ice. Why should the hot water go off in 28 seconds?

Love my Bidet!
We purchased our first BB1000 3 1/2 years ago! It was a life changer for this 35 year rectal cancer survivor. Unfortunately the tank started to leak! Luck would have it, they are (were) on sale! You may ask if the first one broke, why get another? Well, due to my disease, I use my bidet 6 to 12 times per day! Right now the old one is back for repair! Again, I love my BB1000. I’m not sure what aspect I love the most? The heated toilet seat? Or, the squeaky clean BUTT!

I've had these for over 10 years, and I can’t imagine not having them. I’m disabled and can’t wipe myself without assistance, but this product makes me feel so clean without anyone having to help. I can’t recommend this product enough!
