Q: We just recieved two table lamps Uttermost Modern Charcoal Gray. Both of them have bent light switches and difficult to use. Are they suppose to be bent down or are they defective?

White lamp shade

Beautiful lamp. But please be aware the lamp shade is white, not beige. Which was a real plus. I don't think beige and gray would look good together. Bought two for my family room. Love Uttermost products!

Lamps are great, except that

Lamps are great, except that one of them had a bent on/off switch. I called 1st, talked to a young girl,gave me the phone # of the manufacturerer & get a tech support and number? When I called them, they said they didn't talk directly to cusomers & had me call 1st back. Well, I waited on hold for over 20 min. then wrote an e-mail, have got an answer for over three weeks. Need to give the answering service better instructions.
