Leaning tower of Pisa!

Although the color is nice and the instructions are complete, the pillar leans. The base provides a female connection with threads to screw in the pillar at the base, and that base leans, therefore there isn't a way to have a level pretty bath for my birds! We have taken it apart and re-constructed it to be sure because I want to like it, but it's so not up to 90 degrees!
