It’s cute. It’d be a whole lot cuter if I didn’t have to fix it to put it together. One of the dowel holes wasn’t even drilled. The bottom slatted shelf was cracked apart at several joints, including where it attached to the front side so it held no weight. I had to reinforce the unit in a couple places, and glue/steel bracket the cracked shelf back together. Normally I’d return it but I waited a while for it and needed something. Frankly I’m not sure something else won’t ship out the same. I have the ability to fix it- any worse, however, and I’d have packed it back up. Instructions are a little bit off too- a couple places aren’t labeled, pointing to the wrong placement, or aren’t drawn right. There’s a couple helpful YouTube videos if you do get this and are stuck. Would be easier to put together with a second set of hands, and be sure to have wood glue. Some of the dowel holes are not snug. In retrospect, probably should’ve chosen something else. But.. it’s together now, it’ll do what I want, looks nice enough. Wish it’d been a little better for what I shelled out though. Wouldn’t buy this brand again.
