Doll Didn't Last
Our 3 year old daughter had a very simliar doll to this one from Jakks (didn't come with the other items). After about three months it cracked along the seam and was difficult to get back together. I dont think she was particularly tough with it, but did like to move the legs from a standing to sitting position.

SAFETY ISSUE
My daughter was playing with this toy and fell. The ice swirl went into her eye and is extremely hard and sharp. She ended up in urgent care with a severe eye injury. It cut open her lower eye lid, caused trauma to her eyeball, and gave her a huge black eye. "Choking hazard" is not the only warning that should be advertised for this product. It is dangerous for little ones.

Batteries
The doll did not work, I changed the batteries and within 10 minutes the doll was hot, I checked the batteries to find them extremely hot! Thank goodness this didn’t end up bad for us! Do not get this doll.

Terrible design
For 30 dollars, the shoes do not stay on. The song is 10 seconds long and the package comes with a brush however if you attempt to brush the hair it’s filled with glue and ruins the whole doll. Do not recommend this doll for any reason and I would never get it again

So as for the pros, this doll is beautiful. My daughter loves it, it’s nice to add to her collection. It sings and has accessories. However, as for the cons. There should be some kind of warning that once you remove the braid the hair really needs to be treated. The ends are crunchy immediately, and it easily gets matted. There are a lot of YouTube videos on softening the hair on dolls, and if you are like me, you will find it once the hair is matted and needs to be detangled. A little bit of a nightmare, but worth it for this doll. Hopefully once boiling water softens her hair enough it doesn’t tangle so bad in the future.

Please read this before you buy.
Cute. But lots of problems with concept for the clip for her hand. JUST TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY! Got caught in my daughter’s hair and took forever to get it out. If you can ditch that without your child seeing it, highly recommend it!

My granddaughter loves this doll. There should be a warning on the box… “Do not take the hair braid out.” The doll comes with a brush, but should not.

Cute but not imoressed…
I purchased this for my 3.5 yr old niece. Its just ok. I know she'll like it but I was disappointed in Elsa's speaking voice and the lack in variety of phrases. The speaking voice seems glum and quieter than the singing voice. My 7 yr old was Elsa obsessed and had another Elsa doll that was far superior in terms of variety and sound, but she seems to like this. Kids probably won't notice but I can tell the difference between the two.
