Love this set...but it's a pain to assemble
So I gave four stars because the instructions made the assembly look much more complicated than it actually is. I haven't put the rest of the pieces together yet. What you see in the pictures is what I put together. I can't stress enough that you need a drill. If you don't have one, it's going to be a tedious and long process. Do yourself a favor and borrow a drill or use one. The process is very quick once you analyze and understand the instructions, and then you're good to go. But as I said, my only complaint is that the instructions made things more complicated than they actually are. It would be easier to just look at pictures of the furniture already assembled and follow it. Other than that, I love the furniture.

Great set!
My lazy friends and I are loving our new patio sofa! It's great for a morning coffee and a book, or just relaxing at the end of the day. It wasn't too hard to set up either �C so I'm very happy with the purchase.

Cover is not waterproof
I've only had this six piece set for a few weeks and it feels comfortable and sturdy. I have a few complaints about the covers though. They are not waterproof and the cushions were soaked after the first rain. They are too loose and don't fit well.

Some imperfections
I love the patio furniture, it's comfortable and pretty. It took a little time to assemble, but the instructions were clear. My only minor issue was with the fire pit. The area for the tiles wasn't square, I had to hammer it out to make room for them, and I figured they would break sooner or later because they were so tight. It took so long to assemble, I really didn't want to return it and wait for a replacement.

The fabric and color look amazing on my small patio. And the service was great! There was a screw missing when it was packaged, I contacted them and they fixed it quickly, beyond expectations! Highly recommended.

spent way too much time researching patio sets and ended up settling on this one and I am so glad I did! The cushions are thick and comfortable. Assembly went very smoothly with no issues. There are also some little details they didn't mention in the description, like the ropes used to tie the cushions to the frame are securely attached and are long, making them easier to tie. The cushions have unique mesh vents in the back so that if the cushions get wet, the water drains out of them. What a great feature! I was worried it would be too low and small, but it is super comfortable to sit on and looks great in the yard, the water beads off the cushions so I'm not worried about it getting wet, and the adjustable height feet are perfect for our stone patio. I really recommend this set!

This patio sofa set is very affordable and while it is a step down from more expensive sets, we are very happy with it and it was within our budget to decorate our patio with this set. The cushions are thick and comfortable. The cushions are dense so when you first put your weight on them they feel hard, which I like because you can't feel the structure of the wicker support and then it gradually relaxes and adjusts to your weight. It was not a problem to assemble but it would be helpful to have some proper tools so that you don't have to use their Allen key to tighten everything. There was a small manufacturing issue with one of the chairs which was later resolved with excellent customer service. I don't usually leave reviews but this was to show our appreciation for them.

The price is right.
It was a little fuzzy to assemble, as I suspect it came from India or China, and the instructions were mostly pictures, but I managed to get it working, it's sitting on my patio, and for the price you won't find anything better.

Excellent value for money and very happy with the quality. I was hesitant to buy this patio furniture set before because I hadn't seen it in person before, but I finally bought it. Everyone who has seen it has loved it and praised it. It is very comfortable and looks great. I had a small problem with a part before, and the seller fixed it quickly. It takes some time to assemble. It comes with tools, but I strongly recommend you use an electric screwdriver with a long Allen wrench and a wrench.

Five stars because it looks so pretty and is so comfortable to use, but it was the hardest thing to assemble of anything we've ever bought. We finally got it together after a few days of fumbling and following the instructions, but this experience has put us off buying anything that requires assembly. Never again.

The product is great, but most importantly the customer service is amazing. One of the pieces in the patio set had screw holes that didn't line up, so I couldn't assemble that piece by itself, but they fixed the problem for me within a few hours and gave me a partial refund! Very happy with it. Mistakes happen, but it's rare that the customer service team is willing to fix it so quickly.

Looks high-end, but assembly is not for the faint of heart
Once assembled, this patio furniture looked absolutely stunning, like something out of a high-end catalog. The materials felt solid, and the final assembly really elevated the style of our outdoor space. That being said, the assembly process was not easy. Some of the screws were in very awkward locations, requiring a level of dexterity that I had not expected in furniture assembly. A few of the holes didn't line up perfectly, and I had to strain (and take a few deep breaths) to get it all put together. It definitely took longer than expected. If you're hands-on and patient, the end result is definitely worth the effort. Just be prepared for some challenges on the way to your beautiful patio oasis.

Pros: Nice look, seems sturdy, perfect for small spaces, great price. Cons: I am super patient, but I have to say that the assembly process was a nightmare and took too long (it was hard to line up the screw holes and use the Allen key because the screws were so close to the edge), and the cushions are too thin. We will have to wait and see how long this furniture set lasts!

Love this 7-piece outdoor furniture set! The modern design looks great on our patio and really elevates the space. It feels textured, durable, and the cushions are comfy.
