Arrived with hardware. I went on website figuring it would be an easy fix but the only option was to return for a full refund. I only want the screws/washers, etc. I can either go buy the parts I need or rebox it up and return the whole thing and reorder hoping the screws are in it next time? It seems like it should be an easy option just to get hardware. So frustrating.

Gets the job done, but armpads suck.

2nd time purchasing, its a decent chair. I like how it glides, the pockets are deep. The cushion is a little thin so after a while your butt hurts. The pads in the arms on each chair ive had are messed up and sometimes dont cover the wood BUT- the chair lasts forever. Through 4 kids over 8 years. The stool is the greatest feature, on the pink one my fabric is hanging off the bottom though. But still- good chair, for being the cheapest on the market.

Costeay Glider Review

I bought this three years ago when I had my youngest. The quality of the cushions are average. It is very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. We also had issues with getting the arm cushions to fasten. I believe we may have received a defective product, because the arm cover would not fasten anywhere on the chair. It falls off all the time. I have debated several times whether to trash the entire glider or find another company that sells cushions and arm covers that can be connected to the glider.

Overpriced

This chair is super overpriced for what you get. Ours came with a snap that would not snap in to hold the seat cushion (customer service was very kind and offered a slight refund). However, it’s two months later and the other arm rest is loose and the whole chair creaks like it is one bad day away from falling apart. There are much better options for a more reasonable price.
