    Broke after a couple of years

    This worked for a couple of years and then stopped turning. After taking it apart, I could see one of the plastic gears had missing teeth. I contacted the parts supplier Mr. Christmas mentions in a reply for a different review. The supplier does not have parts for this item.

    A Flaw?!?

    I love this! But, there are no instructions on where to put the believe sign into the plane. We have not forced it into the tail, yet. That seems to be the only place but it doesn’t feel like it will hold. I have not hear back from the company

    Broke after first Christmas

    I would love to recommend this product. It is beautiful and my kids loved it. However it only lasted one Christmas before the motor went out and the company will not offer any replacement parts or warranty the product. I am so disappointed and cannot in good conscience recommend this to others knowing that it does not last more than 1 Christmas.

    Cool, but doesn't last

    I've had this for 2 years, it stopped working. The sleigh is too heavy and pulls down on the motor. It puts too much strain on it, so it stops spinning. Not worth it sadly.

    Black Santa is priced higher than White Santa

    I gave this item 1 star because it’s a bit disturbing to see the Black Santa on the Target website is $10 more than the White Santa. Both Santa’s are the same price on the Mr Christmas website. It’s the same with the Black Angel vs the White Angel on the Mr Christmas website. The Black Angel is only more expensive on the Target website. The tree topper works fine but I will bring this discrepancy to customer service’s attention.

    My Santa is black lol

    So my Santa is black. I’m not sure if that was in the description somewhere or it’s a color may vary purchase 🤣 I don’t care I’m keeping it honestly who cares. My one thing to point out is he was clearly white and they crapily painted his face brown. You can see like a whole cm of white at the bottom of his face above the mustache lol it’s nice they were trying to be inclusive I guess. My kids are going to think it’s magical either way. Black, white, crappy paint job, or meticulous.

    Innovative Tree Topper

    Love the concept of an animated tree topper but that plane is heavy causing my tree to lean. I would recommend putting this topper on first before decorating the tree so you can secure or correctly.
