Fireplace Heater

Real nice furniture look to it. We had one for ten years that quit working. Doesn’t seem to get as warm but I haven’t been feeling good & I am cold.

Stopped working after 14 days

purchased on Nov 10, stopped working on Nov 14th. The only option to fix the issue is a full refund. I already threw away the box. No idea how I am going to return this item. The cabinet is actually very nice would like to just replace the heater.

These guys are good

I bought the fireplace and when I assembled it the heating unit was dented. I let them know and they immediately sent out a replacement. I am very happy with the product and the customer support.
