I just leave them in the sun and place them where I want to use them. I purchased them on my walkway for night time. They Light up and give off such a pretty glow if Light. The Jars are very pretty and I can use them inside as well. With hurricane season coming and storms, these will come in so handy in case we lose power. Overall, great LED Solar Powered Lanterns by the Alpine Corporation.

The flicker resembles an actual candle and when it's in a room it give off the ambiance of having one lit. They charge well and stay lit for some time. Nice accents for the outdoor patio!

This pack comes with two jar lights that have a little bin wire metal Handle great for hanging or carrying around. There is an easily accessible on/off switch and they are solar powered. The best part is how these lanterns look, they have a romantic, cool and urban vibe that a whole outdoor room can be decorated around them. Really great addition to my outdoor space.

The mason shaped jars are frosted glass and when they are turned on the lights actually flicker like a candle rather than a steady glow. I was surprised and impressed when I turned them on to see this. The solar panels charge during the day and there is an on/off button for these aren't in use. When turned on these come on at dusk. I have them on my deck and they create great atmosphere. They come with a hanger so these can be placed on a hook or set on the table. I like them both ways.

They are made with durable glass and can be used for your tabletop or can be hung. They have flame motion LED lights that are charged by day from the solar panels on top. We don't like using our porch light because it attracts bugs, but it's important to have a light so everyone can see the steps. These are perfect, one for each step. It flickers like fire flies are caught in them which reminds me of when I lived in the country. They match my outdoor decor so well. The frosted appearance gives it a nice touch as well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of Outdoor Solar Powered Pathway Lantern Flickering LED Light Jars seem like a solid product so far. There isn’t any set up needed. Take them out of the box and let them charge. Instructions for use and Troubleshooting are clearly defined on the tag and easy to follow. After charging them, they came on at dusk and were still lit the next morning at 5:00AM when I checked them. They flicker nicely and cast some nice lighting. They really do look like dancing flames. The jars are frosted glass so make sure they are either hung up or on a flat surface where they are not going to fall and potentially break. The one thing I’m not sold on is the on/off switch. The button looks the same regardless of if the light is on or off, even though the picture shows the toggle switch should be higher when off. An easier way to make sure the jar is set either on or off is to simply cover the solar panel with your hand. If the jar is on it will light up since the sensor is covered. I like this on my deck so it would work well on patio areas or even in a flower garden area hanging on a shepherd’s hook. I recommend this product if you’re looking for some easily added ambiance to an outdoor setting.

These look and feel like traditional lanterns - the frosted glass is thick and sturdy and not at all cheap-feeling. They are frosted glass and come in two sizes, one just a little smaller than the other. The tops are medal and have a little handle to hang. The lids have the solar patch and the on / off switch. The jars light up just bright enough and flicker , so cool! You can hang them or I use as a center piece for my outside table . I have gotten so many compliments! Would make a great hostess gift !

They seem to be very great quality, the jars are made of thick frosted glass and they have a little weight to them so they do not fall over easily with wind. After charging in sun these lanterns look beautiful at night. The light inside flickers as if there is an actual flame inside. These would look great anywhere, they can be used as pathway lights, garden lights, or even just a table decoration. I already plan on buying more to put throughout my backyard!
